WWE SmackDown; February 10th, 2012 WWE Superstars Tapings Alex Riley defeats Jinder Mahal Brodus Clay defeats Tyson Kidd
“Yes, sir, we promised you a great Main Event…”
CUE OPENING PACKAGE
The pyrotechnics explode and we are greeted by Michael Cole, Josh Mathews and Booker T. They tell us that tonight, we will see a Six-Man Tag Team Main Event pitting the World Heavyweight Champion, Daniel Bryan, Mark Henry and Wade Barrett against Big Show, The Great Khali and Randy Orton! The theme of the World Heavyweight Champion, Daniel Bryan plays to a ton of heat as he comes out onto the stage with a microphone.
He tells the WWE Universe that he feels conspired against by Theodore Long and the WWE. He says that in the past three months, he has had to face the Big Show and Mark Henry in gruelling matches, and then he was locked inside a steel cage with both of them at the same time. And now, he’s forced to compete inside the Elimination Chamber against not one, not two, but five other guys. He feels that he deserves more appreciation than what he gets here on SmackDown, claiming that Theodore Long keeps putting him in almost impossible situations because he’s bias. The crowd boo, but Bryan says that he doesn’t care what they think, he knows what’s going on. But, he isn’t finished as he tells the WWE Universe that he has a special surprise for them. He beckons towards the back and out walks none other than his ‘girlfriend’, AJ to a pop. She comes out looking extremely nervous and wearing a neck brace. Bryan tells her it’s okay because he’s here to protect her not and the Big Show won’t dare come near them again. He walks down to the ring, but AJ is reluctant to approach it, clearly still traumatised by what happened the last time, but Bryan drags her to the ring getting a ton of heat, persuading her that it’s fine and virtually rolls her in the ring himself. They stand side-by-side in the ring and Bryan says that it was less than a month ago when the Big Show “intentionally” ran over his ninety-four pound girlfriend right by that very ring. He says that in nine days, he will be forced to enter a hellish structure with that very man, and he finds that absurd. He says that if Big Show had any balls, he would drop out of the Elimination Chamber and do the right thing to protect himself and the four other superstars from any serious danger. Suddenly, the theme of the Big Show hits to a huge pop and he comes out smiling. He enters the ring and stands across from Daniel Bryan and AJ.
Big Show tells Bryan that he’s learnt to ignore Bryan’s ‘guilt-tripping’ because he knows deep down that what happened was an accident, and even AJ knows it. It looks like AJ is going to agree but Bryan cuts her off, saying how dare Big Show even speak to her after what he did. He says that this isn’t over between them, and if Big Show isn’t going to do the right thing and remove himself from the Elimination Chamber, then he will have to be the hero and remove him himself. Big Show chuckles and says that it’s about time someone knocked some sense into Bryan’s “pea-head”. Big Show drops the microphone and measures for the W.M.D., but Bryan being the coward he is shields himself with AJ, shoving her in front. He then jumps out of the ring leaving AJ alone with the Big Show. Show apologises to AJ as she leaves the ring and she smiles at him, but runs after Bryan. Bryan grabs her wrist and pulls her up the ramp, screaming “You’re a walking disaster! Just quit!”. Big Show shakes his head as we fade to black.
Commercial Break.
Hunico & Camacho defeat Ted DiBiase & Ezekiel Jackson; This feud has now involved Ezekiel Jackson who has DiBiase’s back after Hunico and Camacho have been issuing countless attacks on him over the weeks. Last week, Ezekiel Jackson defeated Camacho in singles action, but tonight, the result was reversed when it came to tag team action and after Camacho took Jackson out with a huge big boot, Hunico was able to drop DiBiase with the Back Suplex Slam for the victory.
Hunico and Camacho celebrated, but not for long as they turned their attention to DiBiase’s taped wrist which apparently is still broken. Camacho holds it out as Hunico delivers a hard stomp to it, but Ezekiel Jackson rushes in for the save. Hunico and Camacho manage to escape unscathed, the damage being done.
We are shown a WrestleMania Countdown package which features clips from past WrestleManias before finally stating that there are fifty-one days until the Grandest Stage of them All!
We are reminded by the commentary team that tonight’s Main Event will be the Six-Man Tag Team Match featuring the Elimination Chamber participants for the World Heavyweight Championship. We then fade to black.
Commercial Break.
As we get the entrance of The Usos, we are taken back to last week when the WWE Tag Team Champions, Primo and Epico defeated them, and then viciously attacked them after the match. We then return to ringside.
Jimmy Uso with Jey Uso defeat WWE Tag Team Champion Epico with WWE Tag Team Champion Primo; This was pretty evenly matches and looked as if Epico was going to win, but he started getting cocky and this cost him as Jimmy had a chance to come back. Primo tried to get on the apron and get involved, but Jey rushed around the ring and yanked him off. Epico went for the Backstabber but Jimmy held onto the ropes and instead dropped Epico with a huge Superkick for the victory.
The Usos celebrated, and even grabbed the WWE Tag Team Championships to celebrate with. However, the referee forced them to hand the titles over and the team of Primo and Epico fled, their belts clutched to their chests. The Usos smiled and pointed at the WWE Tag Team Champions, their goals very clearly stated.
Backstage, we see Theodore Long consulting with Aksana and Kaitlyn. Suddenly, Natalya and the Divas Champion, Beth Phoenix walk in to a ton of heat. Phoenix says that she wants some competition tonight on SmackDown to prove that she’s just as dominant as Kharma. Long thinks and then suggests that Phoenix and Natalya team up to take on Aksana and Kaitlyn tonight. Phoenix and Natalya take one look at the two Divas and laugh. Phoenix says no problem and then the four Divas leave. Long shakes his head, but he isn’t finished yet as Drew McIntyre strolls onto the scene with a smug grin on his face, to a ton of heat. Long asks him what he wants and McIntyre says that after defeating the Big Show last week and saving his job, he feels pretty good about himself, and he wants another challenge tonight. Long says that if McIntyre wants another match, then he’s got it – against Justin Gabriel! McIntyre says that’s fine and leaves as we fade to black.
Commercial Break.
Drew McIntyre defeats Justin Gabriel; After a shocking victory over the Big Show last week, Drew McIntyre feels on top of the world, but he’ll have a tough task tonight against the high-flying Justin Gabriel. However, it seems the momentum from last week carried over to here because McIntyre was able to avoid the 450 Splash and then crop Gabriel with the Future Shock DDT for the victory.
Drew McIntyre celebrated his victory, claiming nobody could stop him now. He delivers an assault on Gabriel, stomping down and shoving it in his face that he has lost. Suddenly, the theme of the 2012 Royal Rumble winner, Sheamus hits to a huge pop. He rushes out and brawls with Drew McIntyre before clotheslining him over the top rope. Sheamus tends to Justin Gabriel as McIntyre retreats. The WWE Universe starts a Sheamus chants as we cut backstage.
Cody Rhodes is seen in a suit, walking backstage, apparently on his way out to the arena. We then fade to black.
Commercial Break.
Cody Rhodes’ theme hits and he comes out with his Intercontinental Championship over his shoulder. He enters the ring and says nothing, just points up at the titantron. It shows Dustin Rhodes, also known as Goldust, interfering in Rhodes’ match with Sheamus and costing him the match before challenging him to a match at Elimination Chamber. We cut back to Rhodes and he says that he is ashamed to call that man his brother, which gets a lot of heat from the crowd. He says that Dustin is just jealous of him, because he never achieved the greatness that he has achieved. He says he has made a name for himself by being incredibly talented and proving that he is the best, while his brother goes around wearing golden face paint for a living. Rhodes says he will have no problem putting his brother out of his misery in nine days at WWE Elimination Chamber and he hopes that his father, Dusty Rhodes is there to see it. Rhodes drops the microphone and leaves as we fade to black.
We are shown a video package highlighting The Rock’s illustrious career, leading into his match with John Cena at WrestleMania XXVIII! The commentary team remind us of the Main Event match at WrestleMania and also tell us of The Rock and John Cena’s Twitter wars as of late.
Commercial Break.
Divas Champion Beth Phoenix & Natalya versus Aksana & Kaitlyn never got started; Phoenix and Natalya entered the ring first, but before Kaitlyn and Aksana could get into the ring, the Divas of Doom left the ring and brutally assaulted their opponents.
Beth Phoenix threw Aksana into the steel steps to the shock of the WWE Universe. Natalya suplexed Kaitlyn on the arena floor and then the Divas of Doom re-entered the ring. Phoenix grabbed a microphone and sent out a warning to Kharma, saying that they are not afraid of her, so after she’s finished her business with The Bella Twins, she can come and get them all she likes, because at the end of the day, nobody can beat the Divas of Doom. She drops the microphone and we fade to black.
Scott Stanford is backstage alongside Randy Orton to a huge pop. He asks him if his current rivalry with Wade Barrett is going to get in the way of his World Heavyweight Championship opportunity in nine days at WWE Elimination Chamber. Orton says that his business with Wade Barrett is very much unfinished, but when it comes down to it, he will both destroy Wade Barrett and become the new World Heavyweight Champion when the time comes. He warns his five other opponents that he won’t be showing any remorse as he has plans to go to WrestleMania as the World Heavyweight Champion. He leaves and we fade to black.
Commercial Break.
We then return to commentary as they tell us about the history of the Elimination Chamber before leading us into a video package which highlights the history of all the Chamber matches, focusing on Triple H as the most experienced in this match. We are also told that the Champion has lost his title six times in the Elimination Chamber, showing that the odds are truly against CM Punk and Daniel Bryan.
Big Show, The Great Khali & Randy Orton defeat World Heavyweight Champion Daniel Bryan, Mark Henry & Wade Barrett; Mark Henry and The Great Khali kicked this one off and the two behemoths collided. Henry managed to get the advantage, chopping Khali down to size and then tagging in Wade Barrett who went to work on Khali’s head. Barrett was tossed aside and Khali tagged in the Big Show who ran right through Barrett. Big Show threw Barrett around like a rag doll and then signalled that he was about to tag Randy Orton, but Barrett raked the eyes of the giant and then dropped him with a DDT. Daniel Bryan shouted for the tag and he got it, entering the match and hitting roundhouse kicks to Big Show’s skull. Bryan gloats, taunting to the WWE Universe, but it proves to be a huge mistake when Show gets to his feet and hits a right hand to the stomach of Bryan. Big Show then crawls to his corner and tags in Randy Orton and Bryan tags in Wade Barrett. Orton unleashes a Lou Thez Press on Barrett, drilling him with right after right. Mark Henry tries to get involved but The Great Khali enters and takes him out with a chop to the skull. Daniel Bryan enters and attacks Orton, and he gets pretty cocky about it, standing over The Viper. However, he turns around and is nailed with the W.M.D. from the Big Show! Bryan tumbles out of the ring and Show follows. Orton then hits Barrett with a huge RKO and picks up the victory.
Randy Orton celebrates, standing tall above Wade Barrett. Big Show and The Great Khali also celebrate, but then turn their attention to each other, knowing full well that there will be no teams in nine days. Daniel Bryan flees up the ramp, clutching his World Heavyweight Championship as he looks into the ring at three out of his five opponents. SmackDown then fades to a close.

WWE RAW Supershow: Monday 6th February 2012...Curt Hawkins and Tyler Reks getting a win against Santino Marella and Yoshi Tatsu was the right decision. As for Beth Phoenix defeating Tamina, I'd have liked to have seen that on RAW or SmackDown personally. A mini-feud deal. Good promo to kick off, with Triple H simply revealing some announcements for the future of the RAW Supershow and some matches for tonight and Elimination Chamber in two weeks. I do feel like the Elimination Chamber main event should have been announced the week prior however. Liked John Laurinaitis twisting Triple H with a note from the Board of Directors. Looking forward to the main event, a Royal Rumble rematch. Christian back in action is good to see, as is Rey Mysterio. Good opening tag team contest, and I'm glad to see Christian and The Miz pick up the win against Mysterio and R-Truth. I swear Christian was a SmackDown superstar last time we saw him though, not sure about him being here on RAW all of a sudden. Liked the promo from Jack Swagger and Vickie Guerrero, WWE has treat him badly as WWE United States Champion recently. Mason Ryan beating Swagger was the right call, nice surprise push for Ryan, but I hope he doesn't take the title. Mason never did get that title opportunity from Dolph Ziggler in October did he. Great promo from Chris Jericho, and as per reality, CM Punk comes out as well. Liked Punk actually talking though, was a nice touch. Sheamus and Kofi Kingston was a strange decision but made for good. I wonder if Sheamus will have any mini-feuds in the making. Good win for Sheamus anyway. Liked the Bella Twins finishing off Kelly Kelly and Alicia Fox quickly, and Kharma coming out is great. Back for revenge, great continuity. I wish Kharma wouldn't speak though. Now you're in a tough spot, as if Kharma loses in a divas match on RAW or SmackDown ever, her mystique will be ruined forever due to how short the divas matche are. Like the sound of a handicap Divas match at Elimination Chamber though, should be a nice squash filler match on the card. Liked Eve being threatened by John Cena, hopefully his feud with Kane at Elimination Chamber ends there and then. Falls Count Anywhere match? Meh. Passable. Lastly, was so happy to see Dolph Ziggler pick up the win in the main event against CM Punk, Jericho interference or not. A nice close to RAW, and a decent episode overall, you're twisting reality well for the build for Elimination Chamber.
WWE SmackDown: Friday 10th February 2012...Alex Riley with a win against Jinder Mahal is nice, I see Brodus Clay has taken a backstep for Superstars now. Hopefully he picks up with his first storyline shortly. Hopefully Tyson Kidd also gets somewhere eventually. Daniel Bryan's promo was great, and I'm looking forward to the SmackDown Elimination Chamber match more than RAW's. I do like also that this match is based around Big Show and Daniel Bryan's feud involving AJ. That needs closure immediately, it cannot touch WrestleMania XXVIII. Hell, I can't see Bryan retaining the World Heavyweight Championship in nine days. Especially loved Show accidentally knocking out AJ. Hunico and Camacho with a win against Ezekiel Jackson and Ted Dibiase was nice, a momentum regain for the hispanics after losing last week on SmackDown. Did like Hunico trying to re-damage the taped wrist of Dibiase. Jimmy Uso beating Epico was nice, I can't see Primo and Epico defending the WWE Tag Team Championships against the Usos at Elimination Chamber though. It wouldn't get a big reaction. Also, Jimmy and Jey never winning the titles before is a shameful shock, and now is a better time than ever to take the titles. Drew McIntyre with a win against Justin Gabriel made sense, happy to see him slowly regaining his lost personality. Sheamus attacking McIntyre was odd to say the least, though. Cody Rhodes with a promo was a fresh change and a good one, liked his promo highlighting Goldust's career as a joke. I'm liking Rhodes adding more drama to this, wanting Dusty Rhodes to attend. This could rebuild the WWE Intercontinental Championship scene. Beth Phoenix and Natalya facing Aksana and Kaitlyn is fine; no contest was a bit odd though. Liked Phoenix sending a message to Kharma too. I still see Kharma winning the WWE Divas Championship in any event. And lastly, solid six man tag team match that looked uneven with Big Show and the Great Khali on one side. Randy Orton getting the win against Wade Barrett was ideal in my mind, their rivalry definitely needs closure. Liked the tension at the end with the cowardly Bryan run away, too. A decent show, expected it to be more focused around AJ though; after a WMD from Big Show, I fully expected an ambulance scene. Oh well. A decent build for Elimination Chamber.

WWE Raw Supershow; February 13th, 2012 WWE Superstars Tapings Santino Marella defeats JTG Alex Riley defeats Michael McGillicutty
“Yes, sir, we promised you a great Main Event…”
CUE OPENING PACKAGE
WWE Raw Supershow opens with a blast, the pyrotechnics exploding from the stage. Michael Cole and Jerry ‘The King’ Lawler welcome us to the show and inform us that tonight, there will be a Five-Man Elimination Match to determine what order the Superstars will enter in the WWE Championship Elimination Chamber with CM Punk automatically entering last. They also hype that we will see Chris Jericho in action tonight in his fist one-on-one match since his return as he takes on Kofi Kingston. We are reminded of the WWE Championship Elimination Chamber Main Event, just six days away before we hear the theme of the WWE Champion, himself – CM Punk!
Punk comes out to a huge pop, basking in the ovation from the WWE Universe. He grabs a microphone (or ‘pipe-bomb’, as he likes to call it) and begins to speak. He tells the WWE Universe that tonight, he will find out the order of his opponents entry after the Main Event, and he knows that he should really be focused on that… but he isn’t. He says that there’s something scratching at the back of his mind that he just can’t get rid of, and that’s Chris Jericho. There’s a mixed reaction from the crowd as Punk goes on to say how over the past two weeks, Jericho has both physically and mentally messed with him. He points to the titantron and we see a replay of two weeks ago when Chris Jericho delivered a thunderous Codebreaker to CM Punk after his match. We then see a replay of last week, when Chris Jericho came out and distracted CM Punk, causing him to lose the match to Dolph Ziggler. We then cut back to CM Punk who says that he listened to what Chris Jericho had to say last week, and he also made sure he spoke his side as well, and he stand by every word. He reminds us all that he called Chris Jericho a shell of his former self, and he truly believes that. He believes that Jericho relies on cryptic message and mysterious returns nowadays, whereas years ago, Jericho would be the most dominant guy on the roster, making people tap to the Walls of Jericho left and right. But now – he’s nothing. Punk says he doesn’t want to believe it, because he’s a huge Jericho fan, but it’s the truth, and now he says that Jericho has some kind of personal vendetta because Punk claims to be the ‘Best in the World’. He says that if Jericho really has to fight for that title, then it shows what this has become – a petty argument. Suddenly, the lights shut off and the pyrotechnics explode as Jericho’s theme plays and he comes out onto the stage with a microphone.
He tells Punk that he’s sick of listening to him because all he does is lie. He says that Punk will soon understand that this isn’t just an ‘argument’, this is serious, and he is back to claim what is rightfully his, and that’s the world. Punk tells him that he never claimed to have the world, but he has earned the name the ‘Best in the World’ by accomplishing things that some people can only dream of accomplishing. Jericho says Punk has accomplished absolutely nothing compared to him. He says that Punk may have won the Money in the Bank Ladder Match, but he invented the Money in the Bank Ladder Match. He says Punk may have won the WWE and World Heavyweight Championships on separate occasions, but he has held them both at the same time. He says that CM Punk may have started a revolution within the WWE, but Jericho was changing the face of wrestling before CM Punk was even a wrestler. Jericho says that there are many other things, but the list is too long for a two-hour show. CM Punk says that he respect Chris Jericho, he appreciates everything that he has done to make wrestling what it is today, and by being one of the superstars that made talking on the microphone popular. Punk makes sure that Jericho understands, but he isn’t going to let that cover up the fact that Jericho has crumbled as a superstar, as an entertainer… as a person. Punk says that he is done here and he wants nothing more to do with Chris Jericho. He drops the microphone and walks up the ramp as his theme plays. He reaches the stage and comes face-to-face with Jericho and the two stare-off for about ten seconds before Punk shakes his head and leaves. Jericho stands looking angry, his face red with rage. Raw then fades to black.
Commercial Break.
We return to see a recap of what happened this past Friday on SmackDown when Drew McIntyre won a match against Justin Gabriel and then continued to beat him down afterwards, only to be saved by the 2012 Royal Rumble winner, Sheamus. We are then told that up next, Sheamus will be in action.
Sheamus defeats David Otunga; The WWE Universe just love Sheamus after his Royal Rumble victory, but it’s doubtful that Otunga shares that love after tonight. During the match, Drew McIntyre made his way to ringside and sat on commentary, claiming that Sheamus had no business sticking his nose in on SmackDown, saying that he’s already won the Royal Rumble yet he can’t keep out of other people’s business. Sheamus defeats David Otunga after planting him with the Celtic Cross, adapted from Fit Finlay.
Sheamus celebrated and then he saw McIntyre at ringside. McIntyre left commentary and warned Sheamus to watch out because when he least expects it, he’s going to get what he deserves. Sheamus invited McIntyre into the ring, sitting on the middle rope, opening them for him, but McIntyre leaves up the ramp to a ton of heat as we fade backstage.
John Laurinaitis is backstage, texting as usual when Triple H walks in to a huge pop. He tells Laurinaitis that he better not have made any impromptu matches tonight. Laurinaitis says he has nothing to worry about because he has left Raw untouched tonight. Triple H says “thank god” and Laurinaitis laughs. Suddenly, the United States Champion, Jack Swagger walks in alongside Vickie Guerrero to a hostile reaction from the WWE Universe. Swagger says that he wants a rematch with Mason Ryan because he wasn’t even ready last week. Laurinaitis asks Triple H is he can take this one, and Triple H says “Be my guest… I can’t even tell what he’s saying” as the WWE Universe laugh. Laurinaitis says that he can have a rematch with Mason Ryan later tonight, no problem, but he warns Swagger that if he loses again, it would mean that Mason Ryan would be in-line for a United States Championship Match somewhere down the line. Swagger says he won’t lose, because tonight he will be prepared. Swagger and Vickie leave as Laurinaitis looks to Triple H for approval. Triple H says he thinks Laurinaitis did a pretty good job handling that, and a United States Championship shot for Mason Ryan would be good if he wins. Laurinaitis thanks Triple H, but The Game tells him not to get too cocky because he’s still only the Assistant General Manager. We then fade to black.
Commercial Break.
We are shown a WrestleMania Countdown package which features clips from past WrestleManias before finally stating that there are forty-eight days until the Grandest Stage of them All!
Divas Champion Beth Phoenix, Natalya & The Bella Twins defeat Kelly Kelly, Alicia Fox, Tamina & Kaitlyn; A quick Divas match which was back and forth most of the way. The match came to an end when Beth Phoenix planted Kaitlyn with the GlamSlam for the victory.
The four Divas celebrated afterwards, but not for long as the lights turned a dark purple and the theme of Kharma hit. Divas Champion, Beth Phoenix and Natalya fled ringside, leaving The Bella Twins all alone. The Divas of Doom wanted nothing to do with the mysterious Diva. Seemingly out of nowhere, we see Kharma slide in the ring on the commentators side and stand behind The Bella Twins. They turn around and scream in synchronisation before falling backwards and leaving under the ropes. They scurry up the ramp and stop on the stage as Kharma points to the Elimination Chamber logo on the minitron. The Bella Twins look to their left and see the logo and then look back at Kharma in fear. Kharma sadistically smiles as we fade to black.
We are shown a video package which highlights the history of all the Chamber matches, focusing on Triple H as the most experienced in this match. We are also told that the Champion has lost his title six times in the Elimination Chamber, showing that the odds are truly against CM Punk and Daniel Bryan.
We return to commentary where we are reminded that tonight’s Main Event will be a Five-Man Elimination Match to determine what order the five contenders will enter the match, with the WWE Champion, CM Punk confirmed to be entering last.
Chris Jericho defeats Kofi Kingston; There was a commercial break following the entrances. The WWE Universe were excited to see Chris Jericho in his first proper match since returning to Raw, aside from the Royal Rumble Match. Kofi Kingston has always been a worthy competitor and this match was no different, giving Jericho a great fight in his first match back. However, in the end, he was unable to come out on top, the experience of Jericho still appears to be there as he ducked the Trouble In Paradise and then hit a huge Codebreaker for the victory.
Jericho raised his hand, still angry from what happened earlier on with CM Punk, and he took out that anger on Kofi Kingston, grabbing his legs and turning him over, locking him in the Walls of Jericho. Referees came to the ring to pull Jericho off, but Jericho just kept leaning back further and further, causing Kofi to scream in pain. He finally let go and left with a smirk on his face, referees tending to Kingston as we cut to commentary.
The commentators remind us that in just six days, we will see the Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View and it will feature Kane taking on John Cena in a Falls Count Anywhere Match. They mention how Kane has been trying to get Cena to “embrace the hate” for months now and it seems to be finally getting to the CeNation Commander. We are then reminded that John Cena not only has Kane to contend with, but in just forty-eight days, he will compete in the most anticipated match of the decade, as he will face The Rock at WrestleMania XXVIII. We are then led into a video package which highlights The Rock’s career, hyping towards his match with John Cena at WrestleMania. Raw Supershow then fades to black.
Commercial Break.
Raw returns and a fiery pyro explodes from the stage, the theme of Kane following shortly after. He walks out to a ton of heat from the WWE Universe, enters the ring and grabs a microphone. He says that over the past couple of months, John Cena has slowly but surely begun to “embrace the hate”, and this Sunday at Elimination Chamber, the process will be complete. He vows to release the inner-monster that is so obviously contained within Cena, and he wants to bring it out so all the pandering and the taunting to the “sickening” WWE Universe can stop. Kane tells us that for years he has scratched and clawed his way to the top of the WWE, seeing superstars like John Cena pass him by, just because they sucked up and said exactly what the WWE Universe want to hear instead of speaking the truth. He says that if everyone spoke the truth like he does, the world would be a much darker place… just how it should be. Before Kane can continue, the lights switch back on and John Cena appears at the top of the stage with his serious face on. Kane laughs sadistically as he looks up at the titantron, and what we see is horrifying. WWE Diva, Eve is shown tied up and gagged in the backstage area, but nobody can see where it is. Cena sees this and grabs his mouth in shock. He looks back at Kane and then leaves to go find Eve as Kane chuckles. Raw then fades to black.
There is an Elimination Chamber video package, reminding us that it is this Sunday!
Scott Stanford is in the back, alongside The Miz to a fair amount of boos. He asks Miz if he thinks he can overcome the Elimination Chamber and go to WrestleMania as the WWE Champion for the second year in a row. “Really? Really?!”. Miz says of course he can, and he will, saying he’s going to personally eliminate everyone in that Elimination Chamber, once again becoming the WWE Champion. He is then interrupted by Rey Mysterio as the WWE Universe erupt. Miz asks him what he wants, and Mysterio reminds Miz that he was the one who eliminated him in the Royal Rumble Match, and he’s going to beat him again tonight when he pins him and goes on to be the #5 entry in the Elimination Chamber Match. Miz laughs and says Mysterio hasn’t got a chance because he is taking that number. Mysterio says that The Miz needs to watch his mouth before leaving. Miz looks on angry as we fade to black.
Commercial Break.
United States Champion Jack Swagger with Vickie Guerrero defeats Mason Ryan; In a rematch from last week, Jack Swagger was looking to get some revenge on the man who beat him. We were told earlier that if Mason Ryan won, he would be in-line for a United States Championship Match in the future. Jack Swagger was getting a bit cocky and this backfired as Ryan was able to fight back and take Swagger down. However, Vickie Guerrero jumped onto the ring apron after Ryan hit Swagger with the House of Pain and screamed at Ryan to stop. Ryan walked towards the ring apron and laughed at Vickie, telling her to get down before she hurt herself. Vickie went in for a slap, but Ryan caught her arm and threw her off the apron to a huge pop from the crowd. Swagger took advantage and rolled Ryan up, capitalizing on the distraction and grabbing a handful of tights for the victory.
Jack Swagger quickly grabbed Vickie Guerrero and his United States Championship, fleeing with a grin on his face. Ryan stood up in disappointment, realising he’d been stupid enough to fall for the distraction. Swagger raises his United States Championship in celebration as we cut to the commentary desk.
We are told by Michael Cole that this Friday on SmackDown, he has been informed that we will see the World Heavyweight Champion, Daniel Bryan take on The Great Khali, the Big Show take on Wade Barrett, and Mark Henry take on Randy Orton! We then fade to black.
The WWE Champion, CM Punk is shown walking towards ringside, apparently for commentary as we cut to a commercial break.
Commercial Break.
Five-Man Elimination Match; The Miz defeats Rey Mysterio, Dolph Ziggler, Christian & R-Truth; CM Punk was on commentary for this Five-Man Elimination Match to see the order in which his opponents would enter the Chamber this Sunday. The Miz and Dolph Ziggler seemed to form a team at the beginning, attacking R-Truth as Christian and Rey Mysterio went at it. The first elimination came after R-Truth hit Dolph Ziggler with the Shut Up!, only to get to his feet and get dropped with the Skull-Crushing Finale, allowing The Miz to eliminate him. R-Truth has been eliminated and will enter the Elimination Chamber at #1! One the other side of the ring, Rey Mysterio hit Christian with the 619 and then went for the Senton Bomb, but Christian caught Rey and planted him with a powerbomb. Christian then lifted Mysterio up and went for the Killswitch, but Rey somehow rolled Christian up and got a quick pinfall! Christian has been eliminated and will enter the Elimination Chamber at #2! Christian rolled to the outside in anger, but didn’t leave ringside… The Miz and Dolph Ziggler worked together on Mysterio, but Mysterio got both men on the middle rope and went for a double 619, but The Miz escaped. However, Ziggler didn’t and took the boots to the face. Mysterio hit a Senton Bomb and covered Ziggler for the elimination. Dolph Ziggler has been eliminated and will enter the Elimination Chamber at #3! We were down to The Miz and Rey Mysterio. They went back and forth, and Mysterio got Miz on the middle rope and measure him for another 619, hitting it! But as the referee checked on The Miz, Christian yanked Mysterio from the ring apron, sending him crashing to the floor. The Miz saw what was happening and further distracted the referee, claiming there was something in his eye. Christian hit Mysterio with the Killswitch on the outside and then rolled him back into the ring. The Miz miraculously healed and covered Mysterio for the victory to a ton of heat.
The Miz celebrated as he will now be #5, while Mysterio will be #4. As The Miz celebrated, R-Truth returned to the ring and attacked him from behind, the WWE Universe cheering. Dolph Ziggler also returned, attacking R-Truth. Christian then entered the ring and started attacking Rey Mysterio. The referee couldn’t control it, but the WWE Champion, CM Punk left commentary and entered the ring to clean house. Christian and The Miz wisely left the ring, but Dolph Ziggler was hit with a huge Go To Sleep. CM Punk stood alongside Rey Mysterio and R-Truth as we fade to black… but we’re not done.
We cut backstage to see John Cena searching every room in the arena, shouting for Eve. He finally gets a reaction, hearing her screaming. He enters the room which the screaming is coming from and finds her strapped to a chair with a piece of cloth tied around her mouth, stopping her from speaking. It looks like she’s trying to tell him something, but he can’t tell what it is. He takes the gag off and she yells “It’s a trap!”. Cena looks confused and is then hit from behind with a lead pipe by Kane, knocking him out cold. Kane gets on all fours and puts his face up in Cena’s, laughing sadistically. He says “How does it feel, Cena? Are you ready to embrace the hate?” Kane continues to laugh maniacally as the camera pans out. Raw Supershow fades to black on a shot of Eve crying whilst strapped to the chair as John Cena lays out cold at her feet.

WWE RAW Supershow: Monday 13th February 2012...I wonder if we'll ever hear the end of the 'Supershow' gimmick that RAW has had for the last eight months. Santino Marella beating JTG and Alex Riley beating Michael McGillicutty was for the best, I'd love to see JTG get placed in some segments on RAW in the near future, he's a humorous performer, even as a heel. Riley deserves putting on RAW again soon too. McGillicutty needs a lot more work. CM Punk kicking off the show was a nice way to start things off, and I liked his situation with Chris Jericho and him voicing his opinion as per usual. Part of me though believes that they should have saved this Jericho and Punk rivalry after Elimination Chamber, because now it seems like I know that Jericho and Punk will be competing for the WWE Championship at WrestleMania XXVIII, rendering this Sunday's outcome pointless and predictable. Jericho's response was quite good, the two arguing until Punk actually gave in was weird and uncharacteristic of him. I don't know...Sheamus beating David Otunga was obvious, he needs some better opponents. Drew McIntyre...I suppose I could get behind that feud, as long as it doesn't last long. I think heel McIntyre's getting stale anyway...I feel like a face turn would help him a little. Triple H and John Laurinaitis' exchange led to the revealing of a match tonight, but I don't like Hunter accepting Laurinaitis' ass-licking for acceptance. It's just not in Triple H's character as COO. Beth Phoenix, Natalya and the Bella Twins beating Kelly Kelly, Alicia Fox, Tamina and Kaitlyn was what it was. Not a lot, really. Kaitlyn certainly isn't ready for live television. Pretty sweet interruption of Kharma, and the Bella Twins hiding from Kharma possible brought the viewer interest (if any) going into Elimination Chamber on Sunday. Chris Jericho and Kofi Kingston must have had a great opening hour main event, good win for Jericho against Kingston to gain the next WWE Championship contender some momentum. Kane's promo was good, I'm looking forward to seeing how their rivalry ends (hopefully at last) at Elimination Chamber in Falls Count Anywhere. Jack Swagger beating Mason Ryan was a fine match, happy to see Swagger with some momentum of his own under his belt as WWE United States Champion. Rebuild the title's prestige, I beg of you. And lastly, a great Five-Man Elimination main event with The Miz winning. I wasn't expecting that personally. I'm not sure about the elimination rule though; as original as it is, it takes away the importance of the Elimination Chamber match in five days, and secondly, the shock value of who enters the Chamber match next and so on. But Miz getting the second to last spot, dislike CM Punk entering the Chamber last by default though. Cena being attacked was a nice snippet to end RAW, liked how Eve was used as a set up for Kane to attack him. Overall, a pretty decent show, subpar, but it explained some things.

Superstars looked decent, good to see Santino win as he is just great TV. I like Punk saying that Jericho hides behind cryptic messages, riveting stuff, but even better was Jericho bringing up how he held both belts at the same time and how he invented Money in the Bank. Whoa, a Sheamus/McIntyre feud? Could be awesome if McIntyre manages to look strong, but it'll be tough to do so against the Royal Rumble winner. Decent Divas match and great stuff with Kharma. Pulling for Kharma/Beth at WrestleMania. Jericho over Kingston was the right call and good to see him back in the ring. So glad that Swagger won as I absolutely hate Mason Ryan. Smackdown is shaping up to be decent. Good main event, really happy that The Miz won as he needs some momentum. Not a fan of the Kane/Cena/Eve stuff, but it was very realistic as I find that stuff to be cheesy in real life too. Good stuff, cannot wait for Elimination Chamber and even more pumped for WrestleMania eventually.

Can't wait until Elimination Chamber and I loved your RAW episode especially because you are building up towards the PPV already and I can only hope that your Smackdown episode is even better since it will then be 3 days until the Elimination Chamber pay per view and then after that comes Mania 28 and I am curious to see what matches you pull off for WrestleMania 28

WWE SmackDown; February 17th, 2012 WWE Superstars Tapings Justin Gabriel defeats Heath Slater Camacho defeats Ezekiel Jackson
“Yes, sir, we promised you a great Main Event…”
CUE OPENING PACKAGE
A delightful pyrotechnics display eases us into the broadcast of SmackDown as we are greeted by the voices of Michael Cole, Josh Mathews and Booker T as the WWE Universe cheer. Cole runs down tonight’s scheduled events as advertised on Raw this past Monday; we will see the World Heavyweight Champion, Daniel Bryan versus The Great Khali, Big Show versus Wade Barrett and in our Main Event, Mark Henry versus Randy Orton! We are also told that tonight, we will see Dustin Rhodes, also known as Goldust give his response to his brother Cody’s harsh words last week here on SmackDown. The theme of the World Heavyweight Champion then hits to a ton of heat as he makes his way down to the ring, his reluctant girlfriend, AJ in tow.
He enters the ring alongside AJ and tells the WWE Universe that once again, Theodore Long has conspired against him by placing him against the largest man in the Elimination Chamber Match tonight, The Great Khali. He says that Long has some serious rethinking to do because he could end up like John Laurinaitis over on Raw and lose his job title. Bryan says he thinks even Long’s assistant Santino Marella could do a better job than he’s doing, especially when it comes to the well-being of his superstars. He then gently tugs AJ closer to him, saying that she has been through a traumatic time, yet Long has done nothing to protect her from monsters like the Big Show. Speaking of which, the theme of the Big Show hits to a huge ovation and he comes out to the ring. He stands across from Daniel Bryan in a similar situation from last week, and tells Bryan to stop blaming Theodore Long for his misfortunes, because if he was a fighting Champion, he wouldn’t care who he was put up against because he should be ready to take on all comers. Bryan tells Show that he doesn’t even know anything about being the World Heavyweight Champion since he only had two minutes as Champion. Big Show is about to get angry when the theme of Mark Henry hits to some heat. He comes out and says he’s had enough of hearing from these two clowns, because when it comes down to it, the World’s Strongest Man has the best chance inside the Elimination Chamber, and he will walk out as the new World Heavyweight Champion. The theme of The Great Khali hits to a pop and he enters the ring, but doesn’t say anything. He simply stands face-to-face (or as close as they can get) with Mark Henry. The theme of Wade Barrett follows and he strolls to the ring, claiming that he will be the new World Heavyweight Champion simply because he hurts people, and if they don’t believe him, just as Randy Or—and speak of the devil, here he comes now. Orton comes to the ring and tells Barrett that in the past, he got the advantage over him, but that won’t happen inside the Elimination Chamber when he RKOs him into the steel, and then goes on to regain the World Heavyweight Championship. Mark Henry approaches Orton and tells him that he won’t even make it to this Sunday because he’s going to tear him apart tonight. Orton smirks and then… BAM! He hits Henry with a huge RKO! The Great Khali hits Orton with a huge chop and sends him flying out of the ring. The Big Show tips Khali over the top rope to a huge pop, screaming as he does. Daniel Bryan and AJ manage to slither out of the ring unscathed and leave up the ramp as we are left with Big Show and Wade Barrett, who just so happen to be in our opening match – NEXT!
Commercial Break.
Big Show defeats Wade Barrett; After a rather confusing brawl between the six Elimination Chamber participants, we are left with these two for this match. We return in the middle of it and Wade Barrett is wearing down Big Show’s legs. He looks as if he’s getting the advantage, but as he goes for a big boot on Show, he gets caught and shoved into the corner. Show chops him across the chest, sending Barrett to the canvas. Barrett gets up and is met with a huge W.M.D. from the Big Show, which ends the match.
Big Show celebrates his victory and makes a gesture that suggests he wants to be the next World Heavyweight Champion. The scene then fades to black.
We see a video package which highlights the history of all the Chamber matches, focusing on Triple H as the most experienced in this match. We are also told that the Champion has lost his title six times in the Elimination Chamber, showing that the odds are truly against CM Punk and Daniel Bryan.
We return to see Theodore Long in his office along with Santino Marella. Santino says that while he appreciates “Bryan Daniel’s” kind words about him being a good General Manager, he does believe that Theodore Long is doing a fine job. Long thanks him, but then says that he is fed up of Bryan accusing him of being reckless. Suddenly, in walks Drew McIntyre to a ton of heat, and tells Long that he wants a match tonight. Long tells him that he understands that Drew is keen to keep winning, but he didn’t have any plans to use him tonight. McIntyre snickers and then tells Long that he better change his plans. Long thinks and then tells McIntyre that he can have a match tonight, against a man who has beaten him before – Santino Marella. Marella looks shocked, but then sets up the Cobra. McIntyre just laughs at him and tells him no problem, and that he hopes that Sheamus will be watching. McIntyre leaves and Long tells Santino that the match is up next.
Commercial Break.
Drew McIntyre defeats Santino Marella; In yet another victory for Drew McIntyre, he was able to out-grapple the master of The Cobra and drop him with the Future Shock DDT for the victory.
After the match, much like last week, Drew McIntyre continue the attack on his opponent, and again like last week, the 2012 Royal Rumble winner, Sheamus made his way out to the ring! He slid into the ring and traded blows with Drew McIntyre before clotheslining McIntyre over the top rope. McIntyre tells Sheamus his time will come as Sheamus checks on Santino.
We go to commentary where Michael Cole tells us that this Sunday will be the WWE Elimination Chamber event, and a match at that event will be the Intercontinental Champion, Cody Rhodes taking on his brother, Goldust. We are shown a quick replay from two weeks ago when Goldust returned to SmackDown and challenged Cody to the match, and then just last week when Cody spoke about his brother. We then cut backstage where Dustin Rhodes (Goldust) is seen walking towards ringside as we fade to black.
We are shown a WrestleMania Countdown package which features clips from past WrestleManias before finally stating that there are forty-four days until the Grandest Stage of them All!
Commercial Break.
The theme of Goldust hits to a huge pop as he comes out with no make-up and wearing a suit. He slaps some fans hands before entering the ring and grabbing a microphone. He says that he watched SmackDown last Friday and he saw what his brother had to say, and quite frankly, he wasn’t surprised. He says that Cody always has believed that he was better than the rest of the Rhodes family, that much is clear to him, but he has never been as outspoken about it as he has recently. Dustin says that Cody’s success, which he isn’t denying him at all, has totally gone to his head. He says that Cody has competed at WrestleMania on multiple occasions, won both Tag Team and Intercontinental Championships and all of a sudden he has developed this confidence that means he has to brag about it. He vows to slap the taste out of his brother’s mouth so much that he won’t even remember why he’s in the ring. The crowd pop as Dustin promises to set his brother straight and make sure that this ego is killed. Suddenly, the theme of Cody Rhodes and he comes out in a suit, sarcastically applauding his brother. He enters the ring and speaks to him, saying that the only reason Dustin is doing this is because he is jealous, simply because he never accomplished anything. Dustin tells Cody that it isn’t about how much you accomplish unless you have the right attitude, and right now, Cody’s attitude stinks. Cody says attitude has nothing to do with it; it’s the fact that he is one of the most talented superstars to set foot inside a WWE ring. Dustin shakes his head and tells Cody that he has a lot to learn, but Cody laughs and tells Dustin that after this Sunday, he’s going to slap the gold right off of his face and send him back to the freak-show their father adopted him from. The crowd gasp as Dustin looks at his brother in anger. Cody turns around and starts saying that he’s almost 100% sure that Dustin was stolen from a circus by their dear daddy, Dusty Rhodes. And speaking of which, he wants to personally invite Dusty to Elimination Chamber this Sunday so he can see first-hand what his greatest son is capable of. Cody turns back around and eats a right hand from Dustin to a huge pop from the WWE Universe! Cody rolls out of the ring with his Intercontinental Championship, holding his jaw in shock. Dustin points to Cody and shouts to him that he’s “taking him to the woodshed” this Sunday. Cody shouts angrily at his brother as the theme of Goldust hits and we cut to commentary.
Booker T cheers on his former tag team partner before telling us that up next, we’re going to see the World Heavyweight Champion, Daniel Bryan take on the seven foot three Punjabi Nightmare, The Great Khali. We then fade to black.
Commercial Break.
World Heavyweight Champion Daniel Bryan with AJ defeats The Great Khali via Countout; There seemed like absolutely no way that Daniel Bryan was walking out of this one in one piece, but somehow he managed, admittedly using some very underhanded tactics. Daniel Bryan left the ring and The Great Khali followed. Bryan proceeded to grab his girlfriend AJ and cower behind her from the giant. Khali didn’t want to hurt AJ and so didn’t know what to do. After Bryan had delayed enough, he threw AJ into Khali to the shock of the WWE Universe! AJ feel to the floor and The Great Khali checked on her as Daniel Bryan rolled back into the ring before the referee reached ten, giving him the victory.
Daniel Bryan grabbed his World Heavyweight Championship and celebrated in the ring as The Great Khali realised what just happened. Khali entered the ring but Bryan left, grabbed AJ and fled up the ramp. AJ was crying, clearly in pain from colliding with Khali and then falling to the floor, but Bryan kissed her head and raised his title as if he hadn’t done anything wrong. We then fade to black.
We are shown a Raw Rebound segment, which puts together both the promo that Kane did in the ring and then his attack on John Cena as the show closed. We return to ringside where Michael Cole reminds us that this Sunday, Kane will face John Cena in a Falls Count Anywhere Match.
We are then told by Josh Mathews that The Funkasaurus, Brodus Clay will be on SmackDown – NEXT!
Commercial Break.
Brodus Clay defeats Jinder Mahal; In what was another squash match for the big man, Brodus Clay, he did his usual gimmick moves and finally finished Mahal off with the What the Funk?! for the victory.
After the match, Brodus Clay celebrated in usual fashion, dancing with his Funkettes for the entertainment of the WWE Universe. All is going well when suddenly – BOOM! The lights return to normal and the music cuts off as Brodus Clay falls to his knees, being clubbed from behind by a well-built individual. The Funkettes scream as Clay gets back to his feet, only to be met by the man who bounces of the ropes and delivers a thunderous clothesline, taking Clay to the canvas. The camera zooms in on the face of the attacker and we can clearly see that it is the man we formerly knew as Skip Sheffield from the original Nexus, but he has a capital ‘R’ on his trunks. He places his foot on the chest of Brodus Clay and raises his hands as we shockingly fade to black.
Backstage, Scott Stanford is standing by alongside Randy Orton to a huge pop. He asks Randy Orton is he thinks that going up against the World’s Strongest Man just two days before the Elimination Chamber is such a good idea. Orton says that regardless of whatever he goes through beforehand, he will leave the Chamber as the World Heavyweight Champion and go on to headline WrestleMania. He says that he has the most Elimination Chamber experience out of all of his opponents, and whether he is left with Mark Henry, Daniel Bryan, Wade Barrett or anyone else, he will be leaving with the gold. Orton leaves and we fade to black.
Commercial Break.
We return to see a recap of what happened to open up tonight’s show with the six participants in the Elimination Chamber Match fighting it out. We then return to ringside.
Randy Orton versus Mark Henry goes to a No Contest; These two have had their battles in the past, and there is clearly still some bad blood there, especially after Orton delivered an RKO to Henry earlier tonight. Henry went in for the kill, destroying Orton for a lot of the match, but in vintage Viper style, Orton battled back and set Henry up for the RKO, but he was dragged out of the ring by Wade Barrett and the two began to trade blows as the referee called for the bell.
The Great Khali made his way to the ring and attacked Mark Henry with chops, but Henry fought back and took Khali down with a huge clothesline. Wade Barrett and Randy Orton continued to brawl and the fight went into the crowd, these two clearly still having a lot of hatred for each other. The WWE Universe erupt as Big Show rushes to the ring and drills Mark Henry with a W.M.D., and then comes face-to-face with The Great Khali. The World Heavyweight Champion, Daniel Bryan emerges onto the stage with a smile on his face, seeing his Elimination Chamber opponents tear into each other clearly amusing him. SmackDown fades to a close as Bryan smirks, watching over the carnage.

- I loved Smackdown especially as far as the matches go with Big Show beating Wade Barrett, now Show has momentum coming into the Elimination Chamber
- Drew McIntyre beating Santino Marella, I love it, because I love how you are building Drew McIntyre back up as a threat on Smackdown with this win streak that he has been building up now, he beats Sheamus and goes on to beat Santino, who is next? I just hope you give Drew McIntyre a huge push and you push him towards the main event where he belongs
- I love the whole Cody Rhodes/Dustin Rhodes segment, it has really become personal between these brothers and then you throw in Dusty Rhodes into this feud to make it all the more personal, this will be great, now whose side will Dusty be on, his younger son Cody's side or his older son Dustin's side?
- Brodus Clay beats Jinder Mahal and then after that a shocking return from Skip Sheffield from the original Nexus bursts back on to the scene, Skip is back, and I hope you push him as a monster heel on whatever brand he ends up on, it looks like he will be a part of the Smackdown roster
- Bryan beating Khali via countout was great too
- And I loved the main event of Henry vs Orton but then all hell breaking loose afterwards with the Chamber participants getting involved, awesome, and Daniel Bryan just enjoying all this seeing them tear each other apart while he slithers away
- Personally I can't wait until the Elimination Chamber pay per view because it will be a great PPV
- But personally Elliott, I have a few questions for you like for example, are you planning on having Christian make his return soon?
- Or how about Del Rio, will he make his return soon too?
- And will Sheamus make his decision at the Elimination Chamber pay per view after the Chamber matches are over

WWE SmackDown: Friday 17th February 2012...Justin Gabriel with a win over Heath Slater is fine, hopefully we see a push for both me in the near future though. Glad to see Camacho and Ezekiel Jackson demoted to Superstars, it doesn't sound that great honestly. Onto SmackDown, great promo with Daniel Bryan and AJ and how every opponent in the Elimination Chamber match went on to be featured. Not bad. Big Show beating Wade Barrett wasn't a bad opening contest, the right man went over. I expect Show to find closure in his feud with Daniel Bryan after this Sunday. The segment with Theodore Long and Santino Marella was pretty nicely written. Drew McIntyre beating Santino was also good to ee, a McIntyre push going slowly is best. Goldust's promo was pretty good, and heated as expected in a brother vs brother feud with Cody Rhodes. This is probably the finest send off you can give Goldust, who in my mind has as much right to a send off as Jim Duggan. Daniel Bryan beating The Great Khali by count-out was expected, didn't want the World Heavyweight Champion to look weak now, did we? I hope to God that Khali doesn't hang around after Elimination Chamber. Brodus Clay beating Jinder Mahal was great to see, liked his first feud starting with Skip Sheffield!? Awesome. I hope he's as good as he was over a year and a half ago. Randy Orton and Mark Henry lastly was a good showing, liked the involvements from Wade Barrett, Big Show, Great Khali and Daniel Bryan. A decent episode, better than RAW. Looking forward to Elimination Chamber.

A good opening promo to hype the Elimination Chamber match. Big Show defeating Wade Barrett in the opening contest is acceptable. Doubtful that he'll be leaving Sunday as the World Champion. Glad Drew got the victory here. Hoping to see him built back up once again to an upper mid-card level. A very good promo between Cody Rhodes and Dustin to hype their match on Sunday. A part of me thinks that Dusty may be involved in the finish. LOVED the finish to the Bryan/Khali match. Gives Bryan some great heel heat, and I just adore him acting as if nothing happened while AJ is an emotional mess. Brodus Clay with another squash is fine, and I love the return of Skip Sheffield. This should be an interesting feud. A solid main event between Orton and Henry. The no contest finish was the best way to not make anyone look weak just before the Chamber match. Nice chaotic finish with Bryan simply observing it all. A good episode of SmackDown to carry everything into Elimination Chamber.

WWE Smackdown! I've owed you a reply for a while, especially with the awesome graphics you've made me. Good opening segment with all the chamber participants coming out for a promo and a brawl. Bryan running away with AJ was a nice touch. Decent opening contest with Show and Barrett, would've liked to see Wade going over, but Big Show getting the win made more sense. Don't really care for the McIntyre/Marella feud anymore. At least Drew won the match. Nice run in from Sheamus. Liked the segment between Cody Rhodes and Goldust. Their match at Elimination Chamber should be fun, but Cody will be taking the obvious victory here. A match between Khali and Bryan would suck, but at least it got his character over with him pushing AJ into Khali. I personally love Bryan's new character, keep it for a very long time. Obvious win for Brodus Clay. Oh shit it's Skip Sheffield! I always found him underrated, do well with him. Nice main event, and I loved the chaotic finish with Bryan laughing at the top of the ramp. Hopefully he retains this Sunday. Liking what I see so far, Elliot.

WWE Elimination Chamber; February 19th, 2012 Dark Match WWE Tag Team Champions Primo & Epico defeat The Usos
“Yes, sir, we promised you a great Main Event…”
With just over a month to go until the biggest event of them all, WrestleMania XXVIII, the WWE must go through the dangerous and sadistic Elimination Chamber. We see clips from previous Elimination Chamber matches and then clips of the superstars who will be competing in the two tonight. The opening package takes a sickening turn when it cuts to Kane psychotically speaking with Eve as she cries. However, it shows John Cena coming in for the save and all the build up to their match before the package finally closes on a shot of the Elimination Chamber looming underneath the WrestleMania logo…
The pyrotechnics display lights up the arena as the WWE Universe erupt. The WWE|HD banner flashes across the screen as we are greeted by Michael Cole, Jerry ‘The King’ Lawler and Booker T. They run down tonight’s events, reminding us of the WWE Championship Elimination Chamber Match as the WWE Champion, CM Punk will defend his title against Dolph Ziggler, The Miz, R-Truth, Christian and Rey Mysterio. They also remind us that we will see a Falls Count Anywhere Match between the two rivals Kane and John Cena. But before all that, we’re going to kick off the show with our very first Elimination Chamber Match and it will be for the World Heavyweight Championship!
World Heavyweight Championship Elimination Chamber Match; World Heavyweight Champion Daniel Bryan versus Big Show versus Mark Henry versus Randy Orton versus Wade Barrett versus The Great Khali; Khali, Orton, Barrett and Daniel Bryan are all locked up in their pods as we start things off with the Big Show going head-to-head with the World’s Strongest Man, Mark Henry. These two have some unfinished business and they go at it, with Henry taking the advantage and knocking Show down with a clothesline. He lifts the World’s Largest Athlete to his feet before going for another clothesline, but Show ducks under it and bounces off the ropes to hit one of his own, knocking Henry off his feet. Big Show taunts and prepares for the W.M.D., but Henry ducks underneath it and then lifts Show up for the World’s Strongest Slam – connecting! Henry covers Big Show… but he kicks out! The countdown begins and the spotlight flashes on the pod of The Great Khali! Khali enters and goes right for Mark Henry, hitting him with chops to the skull. After a brawl with Henry, he turns around to the Big Show – BAM! Big Show hits Khali with the W.M.D. but he doesn’t go down! Instead he stumbles around and walks into Mark Henry who plants him with the World’s Strongest Slam and eliminates him from the match! The Great Khali has been eliminated! And now we are back to Mark Henry and the Big Show. Big Show catches Henry as he is getting to his feet, drilling him a huge big boot to the skull. The countdown begins again, and this time the spotlight shines on the pod of the World Heavyweight Champion, Daniel Bryan! The crowd erupt as Big Show sees this and stares right at Bryan who freezes like a deer in the headlights. Bryan leaves his pod but then climbs up the turnbuckle and then climbs onto the roof of his pod! Bryan stays out of harm’s way as Mark Henry attacks Big Show from behind. Daniel Bryan boasts his intelligence from the top of his pod, shouting orders at Mark Henry to destroy Big Show, but then Henry looks up at Bryan and tells him to shut up and get down. Bryan stops shouting and moves further back onto his pod. Big Show gets to his feet throws Henry into the corner where Bryan’s pod is. Show then climbs over the World’s Strongest Man and tries to grab the legs of Daniel Bryan, but Bryan kicks and screams, trying to get him off. The countdown begins and the spotlight lands on the pod of Wade Barrett! Barrett rushes in and delivers a low blow to the Big Show to a ton of heat. Big Show drops back down to the canvas and Barrett delivers some hard right hands, obviously mad at losing to Show this past Friday on SmackDown. Henry comes out of the corner and he sides with Barrett to double team the World’s Largest Athlete. Barrett tells Henry to lifts Show up, and he does as Barrett cocks back for a right hand, but Big Show boots Barrett in the gut sending him flying backwards and then runs backwards himself, crushing Henry into the corner. Big Show grabs Barrett by the throat and… Chokeslam! Big Show then turns his attentions to Mark Henry again but as Big Show is picking up Mark Henry in the corner, Daniel Bryan jumps off the pod and delivers a Warrior’s Way-style foot stomp to the Big Show’s spine. The crowd gasp as Bryan takes that risk and it pays off. Bryan smiles as he continues to stomp down on the Big Show. The countdown begins and there is only one man left, and that man is Randy Orton! Orton bursts in and immediately attacks Wade Barrett who has just got to his feet. Orton then grabs Daniel Bryan and throws him over the top rope and down to the steel. Orton grabs Mark Henry and delivers a huge RKO! He then pins Henry and eliminates him from the match. Mark Henry has been eliminated! Orton then leaves the ring and stalks Wade Barrett on the steel. Barrett gets to his feet and Orton goes for an RKO, but Barrett stops him and shoves Orton head first into the Lexan glass of the chamber. Barrett then picks Orton up and goes for a Wasteland on the steel, but Orton slips off and – BAM! RKO on the steel, followed by the three count! Wade Barrett has been eliminated! Orton gets up, holding his back from the RKO on the steel and re-enters the ring. Big Show grabs Daniel Bryan and throws him into the ring. Daniel Bryan gets to his feet and stands between Big Show and Randy Orton, not the best place to be. Bryan scurries away and leaves Orton and Show to go at it. Big Show throws Orton into the ropes and drops him with a big boot. Show then grabs Bryan and throws him into the air, leaving him to drop face first into the canvas. Orton gets to his feet and hits an RKO on the Big Show! Orton is about to go for the cover when suddenly… Wade Barrett comes from behind with a steel chair! He smacks Orton in the spine and then plants him with a Wasteland onto the chair. Referees enter the ring and removes Barrett but the damage has already been done. Daniel Bryan rushes to the scene and covers Orton, eliminating him to the shock of the crowd. Randy Orton has been eliminated! We are now down to Daniel Bryan and the Big Show. Bryan covers Big Show after the RKO he received, but Big Show kicks out. Show gets to his feet and the two battle it out. Show takes the advantage and grabs the throat of Daniel Bryan, going for a Chokeslam, but as he lifts Bryan, he loses his grip and Bryan turns it into a LeBelle Lock! The WWE Universe are in anticipation, will the Big Show tap out. Show somehow climbs to his feet, but Bryan keeps the hold locked in. Big Show then drops to his knees, and finally onto his chest, the hold still firmly applied and the referee announces that the Big Show has passed out, and therefore calls for the bell. World Heavyweight Champion Daniel Bryan wins the Elimination Chamber Match and retains the title.
The theme of Daniel Bryan hits has he is handed his World Heavyweight Championship. He screams “Yes! Yes!” as the Big Show regains consciousness. Daniel Bryan leaves the ring, waving his title about in celebration as Big Show sits up and puts his head in his hands. It was a hard fought battle but he just couldn’t pull it off. We then fade to black.
We are shown a WrestleMania Countdown package which features clips from past WrestleManias before finally stating that there are forty-two days until the Grandest Stage of them All!
The event returns as we see Josh Mathews backstage alongside John Cena in his locker room to a huge mixed reaction. He asks him if he is mentally ready to take on Kane tonight in their Falls Count Anywhere Match. Cena gives Mathews a serious look before telling him that tonight, he is going to make sure that Kane can’t hurt anyone anymore. He says he is going to put a stop to this and get revenge for Zack Ryder and Eve after everything Kane has put them through. Suddenly, Eve walks in and Cena stops lacing up his shoes, standing up straight. Eve tells John Cena that she still blames him for everything that’s happened, because if he didn’t get Zack involved, he would still be here. Cena says he didn’t get Zack involved, and everything that has happened is all Kane’s doing. Eve says that while she may be pulling for Cena to beat Kane tonight, after it’s over, she wants nothing to do with him. Eve leaves the room and Cena shakes his head, clearly hurt by her words. Mathews asks Cena is that has affected him in any way, and Cena just look at him before slapping the microphone out of his hand and telling him to get lost. Mathews leaves as we see Cena breathing heavily in anger.
We return to ringside and Michael Cole points out that WWE Hall of Famer, Dusty Rhodes is in the front row tonight, and will be observing the match between his two sons, Cody Rhodes and Goldust, which is next.
Intercontinental Champion Cody Rhodes versus Goldust; Goldust was in full attire tonight, as opposed to appearing with no make-up in the past few weeks. He was here and ready to take on his brother, Cody. We are reminded that this is also a non-title match. Before the two lock-up, Cody leaves the ring and approaches his father in the front row. We can hear him tell Dusty that he better watch closely because after tonight, he’s only going to be able to recognise one of his sons. Rhodes re-enters the ring and the referee calls for the bell, the match underway. The two lock up and Cody gets the advantage, locking his brother in a headlock and shouting “I’m the only Rhodes worth watching”, but Goldust bounces Cody off the ropes and follows it up by simply doing his breathing taunt, Cody stopping in his tracks and falling backwards the WWE Universe laugh and cheer. They lock up again and this time Cody kicks Goldust in the gut before throwing him into the corner. Cody delivers a few hard chops, but Goldust grabs him and switches it around, hitting some chops of his own to the famous “Wooooo!” chants of the crowd. Goldust lifts his brother’s legs over the middle rope and hits him with a right hand before backing up. The crowd cheer as they knows what’s coming… Goldust runs and goes for the Shattered Dreams, but Cody manages to escape and leave the ring. The crowd boo as Cody decides to grab his Intercontinental Championship and attempt to leave. He waves his hands at the ring, saying he’s had enough, but Goldust leaves the ring and grabs Cody, throwing him back in to a pop. Goldust slides in and Cody goes on the attack, as if it was his plan all along. He stomps down on Goldust and then hits a knee drop before covering him, but only getting a two count. Cody lifts Goldust up and goes for the Cross-Rhodes, but Goldust turns over and then drops his brother with a Northern Lights Suplex. The two gets up and Cody whips his brother into the ropes before bending down, apparently waiting for a back body drop, but Goldust stops, drops to his back and drilled Cody with an uppercut – vintage Goldust! Goldust signals for then end, but Cody throws him through the ropes and to the outside. He throws him into the barricade and starts to choke him, right in front of Dusty. Dusty tries to get Cody to stop, but Cody just laughs in his face. Goldust fights out, hitting Cody in the gut and throwing him backwards. Cody then goes for a running shot, but Goldust jumps out of the way and Cody accidentally nails his father! Cody looks shocked as Dusty drops back into his seat, holding his face. Goldust rushes over and shouts “What are you doing?!” at Cody. Cody grabs Goldust and smashes his head off the barricade, showing no care for his father. He throws Goldust into the ring and then follow before picking him up and planting him with the Cross-Rhodes, picking up the victory. Intercontinental Champion Cody Rhodes defeats Goldust.
Cody is handed his Intercontinental Championship and he celebrates the victory. Dusty Rhodes jumps the barricade and then enters the ring to check on Goldust. Cody is about to leave but then looks over at his father. He walks over and it seems as if he’s asking him if he’s okay after the accidental hit earlier. Dusty tells him to go away because he doesn’t want to speak to him, and this angers Cody. Cody grabs his father and to the shock of the WWE Universe – BAM! He nails him with a Cross-Rhodes, placing Dusty on top of Goldust, leaving his relatives in a heap in the center of the ring. Rhodes is clearly proud of his actions, smiling before he leaves and we fade to black.
Josh Mathews is once again seen backstage, this time he is alongside The Miz to a ton of heat. He says that tonight, The Miz will enter at number five which is a very good number to have. The Miz says “Really? Really, Josh? You think I don’t already know that?”. Miz then goes on to say that he could enter at number one, but the result would still be the same as tonight, and that will be The Miz leaving the Elimination Chamber as the WWE Champion and headlining WrestleMania for the second year in a row. Suddenly, R-Truth walks on to the scene to a huge pop. Miz asks him what he wants and R-Truth tells him that Little Jimmy let him in on a little secret, and that’s that the Elimination Chamber has a lot of… spiders. Miz looks confused, and R-Truth says he doesn’t like spiders, and when he sees spiders, he goes mad. He tells The Miz that he better hope there aren’t any spiders, because if there are, nobody will be able to stop him, because he’s like The Incredible Hulk when he sees spiders. “Truth crush Miz… you get me?”. Miz’s eyes widen and he leaves, clearly disturbed. Josh Mathews tries to leave too but Truth grabs him and says “Spiders… I can hear them crawling…”. Truth shivers and then shoves Mathews before leaving. The WWE Universe laugh and we return to commentary.
Michael Cole, Jerry Lawler and Booker T would like to thank Nickelback for the theme song to WWE Elimination Chamber, “This Means War” from the album Here and Now, in stores now!
2-on-1 Handicap Match; The Bella Twins versus Kharma; Last year, The Bella Twins poked fun at Kharma simply because they knew she couldn’t touch them due to her pregnancy. But now, their words may come back to haunt them as they get in the ring with her at 100% health, in Kharma’s debut match. The Bellas don’t have to tag out, not that that matters at all to Kharma. They stand across the ring from her as she sadistically laughs, and The Bellas looks terrified. They run and attack her but Kharma quickly disposes of them with a double clothesline. She picks up Nikki and throws her into the corner, then does the same to Brie in the opposite corner. Kharma runs and squashes Nikki with an huge splash, and then hits Brie with one as well. Both Bellas fall to the canvas and crawl towards each other in the center of the ring. Kharma picks then both up and cracks their head together. Kharma then signals for the end as the picks Nikki up and plants her with a vicious Powerbomb! She then picks Brie up and plants her with the Implant Buster, right on top of Nikki! Kharma then places her foot on Brie’s chest, pinning both Bellas at the same time for the victory. Kharma defeats The Bella Twins.
Kharma was nothing short of impressive here. She shoved The Bella Twins under the ropes with her feet and laughed as they fell to the floor. The WWE Universe cheered her on as she celebrated the victory. Out of nowhere, the Divas Champion, Beth Phoenix and Natalya slid into the ring and attacked her! They beat down Kharma from behind with stomps and clubbing blows to the back. However, their plan backfired when Kharma fought back and hit both of them with clotheslines. Phoenix left the ring but Natalya got caught, and then dropped with the Implant Buster in the center of the ring. Kharma smiles and pointed to Beth’s Divas Championship as she backed up the ramp, clutching it. We then cut to the commentary desk.
Michael Cole says how scary Kharma is and we are then told that up next will be the Falls Count Anywhere Match between Kane and John Cena. We are shown a video package that highlights the feud, showing how Kane viciously assaulted Zack Ryder, taking him out of action, and then how he stalked Eve. It closes on a shot of John Cena standing on the stage, Kane standing in the ring, the two taking part in an eerie stare-off. We then return to ringside.
Falls Count Anywhere Match; Kane versus John Cena; John Cena started in the ring and was awaiting for Kane’s entrance, but there was no entrance. The titantron kicked into action and we are shown the backstage area where Kane is apparently holding Eve hostage again, just like this past Monday on Raw Supershow. Kane beckons Cena to come and find him, so Cena tells the referee to follow him and he sets off. The camera follows him as he goes through the curtain and into the corridors of the arena. They were apparently in John Cena’s locker room as that’s where Cena ends up. He enters through the door and Eve is sat in the middle on a steel chair. Cena Asks where Kane is and suddenly – BAM! Kane attacks Cena from behind. The brawl breaks out and Eve runs to the corner of the room, petrified. Kane and Cena ram each other into the lockers and eventually brawl out of the room. Kane throws Cena into a concrete wall and then slides him along a table. Kane delivers right hands to Cena before lifting him up and throwing him into a door, which falls through and they end up inside. It’s the dining area with lots of tables set up and a counter for food. Kane bounces Cena’s head off the tables before reaching the food counter. They go behind it and Cena rams Kane into one of the steel containers. He then picks up the trash can and smashes it over Kane’s head, garbage flying out of it. They brawl further into the arena before reaching the ‘Gorilla Position’. Cena throws Kane into a TV set and he flies over the table. Cena throws the table aside and grabs Kane, but Kane low blows Cena. He then grabs his head and pulls him through the curtain, and the two are now on the stage in the arena. They trade blows in front of the WWE Universe and brawl their way down to the ring. They slide in and Cena bounces off the ropes for his patented flying shoulder blocks. He then goes for the Five-Knuckle Shuffle and connects! Cena covers Kane, but Kane kicks out. Cena then measures him for the Attitude Adjustment, but Kane slides off and leaves the ring. Cena follows him and bounces Kane’s head off the announce desk. Cena grabs a steel chair; his face filled red with rage, and then smacks it across the spine of Kane. He throws the chair aside and the two brawl up to the stage area again. Kane retaliates and hits Cena with an uppercut, taking him down to the steel. They jump off the stage and fight into the crowd, trading blows amongst the WWE Universe. Kane throws Cena over the barricade and back to ringside. Kane gains control and screams into Cena’s face “Embrace the hate, John! Embrace the hate!”, but this just enrages Cena and he unloads on the Big Red Monster. They battle up the stage once again, but Kane takes advantage and grabs Cena’s face, locking in The Suffocator, slowly wearing Cena away. Cena drops to the stage and Kane laughs as he shouts “Just embrace it, John! Embrace it and all this will be over!”. Cena comes back to life, grabbing the arm of Kane and pushing it away from his face. Cena gets to his feet and then lifts Kane onto his shoulders for an Attitude Adjustment, hitting it on the steel! The crowd erupt as Cena plants Kane. Cena looks like he’s going for a cover… but he stops. He then looks over at the edge of the stage, and then back at Kane. He seems to be arguing with himself about what to do, but then he picks Kane up and lifts him onto his shoulders once again. The crowd erupt as Cena walks towards the edge of the stage with Kane held high. He shakes his head as if he isn’t going to do it, but then there’s a change in gear and Cena’s face goes red with rage once more. He then throws Kane over and hits him with an enormous Attitude Adjustment right off the stage to a gasp from the WWE Universe. Cena looks down at what he has done and then puts his head in his hands, almost in shame. He jumps down to where Kane was thrown and covers him, getting the three count. John Cena defeats Kane.
John Cena steps back as EMTs and referees tend to Kane. He rubs his head and then Eve comes out onto the stage, looking down at John Cena. Cena looks at her and then looks down at Kane in shock, unable to believe what he’s just done. We fade to black on a shot of a very unstable John Cena.
We see a brand new video package, which promotes the upcoming iconic match between John Cena and The Rock at WrestleMania XXVIII. It shows the history of the two men’s careers and finally closing on a shot of them face-to-face. We then return to ringside.
The theme of Triple H hits and the WWE Universe erupt, the Chief Operating Officer making his way to the ring. He has a smile on his face and he enters the ring, grabbing a microphone before beginning to speak. He tells the WWE Universe that he has come out here to make an announcement regarding WrestleMania XXVIII. He says that this year, we will see the Money in the Bank Ladder Match return to the WrestleMania stage. The crowd cheer as he announces that during the next few weeks of Raw and SmackDown, we will see Qualifying Matches to determine the eight superstars that will enter the match and compete for a once in a lifetime opportunity; a contract that will allow them to challenge for the WWE or World Heavyweight Championship at any time for up to one year. He goes on to say something else, but before he can, the lights shut off and instead the titantron plays a video package. It shows lots of flickering with some images of Triple H defeating The Undertaker at last year’s WrestleMania, rendering Undertaker unable to leave ringside under his own power. It shows images of a graveyard amongst these clips, and then finally comes to a close with this image. The lights come back on and the crowd erupt, but Triple H doesn’t look too happy. He simply shakes his head and leaves the ring, the crowd unsure what to think of Triple H’s reaction. We then fade to black.
We see a promo package telling us that tomorrow night on WWE Raw Supershow, The Rock will be appearing live via satellite!
Sheamus versus Drew McIntyre; In an impromptu match, Sheamus took on Drew McIntyre after the two has been running into each other a fair bit over the past couple of weeks. McIntyre was looking to knock off the 2012 Royal Rumble winner tonight. McIntyre was about to hit the Future Shock DDT, but Sheamus threw him over with a back body drop and then bounced off the ropes before drilling McIntyre with a huge Brogue Kick, picking up the victory. Sheamus defeats Drew McIntyre.
Sheamus celebrated as McIntyre rolled out of the ring holding his jaw. He didn’t look too happy about losing after three straight victories. Sheamus pointed to the WrestleMania sign and we are reminded that tomorrow night, Sheamus will reveal which Championship he will be challenging for at the big event. We then fade backstage.
Josh Mathews is backstage and this time he is beside the WWE Champion, CM Punk to a huge pop. He asks CM Punk if he is ready to take on the brutal Elimination Chamber for the third time in his career. Punk says that he’s as ready as ever and has no doubt that he’s leaving tonight as the WWE Champion. Mathews asks him what makes him so confident, and Punk tells him that he has beaten all of his opponents at some point and tonight will be no different. He then says that he’s going to go to WrestleMania to defend the title, and he looks forward to hearing what Sheamus has to say tomorrow night, because he could be a potential WrestleMania opponent. Punk then says “It’s clobberin’ time!” before leaving as we fade to ringside.
WWE Championship Elimination Chamber Match; WWE Champion CM Punk versus Dolph Ziggler versus The Miz versus R-Truth versus Christian versus Rey Mysterio; R-Truth and Christian kick things off, locking up in the center of the ring. Christian gets the advantage and takes Truth down with a headlock takeover. Truth battles back and catches Christian with a calf kick after bouncing him off the ropes. Truth picks Christian up and goes for the Shut Up! but Christian shoves him into the corner and follows it up with a running clothesline. The countdown begins and the spotlight lands on the pod of Dolph Ziggler who jumps in and instantly attacks R-Truth in the corner. Ziggler and Christian double team Truth, hitting him with a double suplex. Christian throws Truth over the top rope and down to the steel, but turning his back on Ziggler proves to be a mistake as Ziggler rolls him up, but Christian kicks out at two. He gets to his feet and shouts at Ziggler before drilling him with a right hand and throwing him over onto the steel as well. Truth grabs Ziggler and throws him into the steel chains to a pop from the crowd. Christian grabs Truth from the inside, but Truth drags Christian through the ropes and then throws him into Ziggler, but men going into the chains. Truth runs at them, but they once again unite and throws Truth into the chains in return. Christian tackles Ziggler and rams him spine first into the pod of the WWE Champion, CM Punk. Christian shouts at Punk, telling him the title will be his. The spotlight flashes again as the countdown begins, and finally the pod which opens next is that of Rey Mysterio! Mysterio leaves his pod and then springboards off the ropes onto the three men on the outside, the WWE Universe erupting. Mysterio picks up Dolph Ziggler and throws him through the ropes, back into the ring, but picks up Christian and throws him into the chain wall. Mysterio then grabs the top rope and waits for Ziggler to get to his feet in the ring. Mysterio jumps off the top rope but lands on his feet and Ziggler ducks. Ziggler then levels Mysterio with a huge dropkick, jumping to his feet and strutting as the crowd boo. Ziggler covers Mysterio but only gets a two count as Christian and R-Truth re-enter the ring. Christian drops Truth with a DDT and then stands alongside Ziggler once again. They decide to team again and pick up both Mysterio and Truth, bouncing them off the ropes, but when their clotheslines miss, Truth and Mysterio hit a pair of huge dropkicks to Christian and Ziggler. The spotlight flashes and the countdown initiates before finally, The Miz is released from the pod. The Miz enters the ring, but is instantly dropkicked in the knee by Truth, sending him flying onto the middle rope. The crowd erupt as Rey Mysterio hits a huge 619! And an even bigger pop when R-Truth grabs Miz as he stumbles backwards and plants him with a Shut Up! before covering him for the elimination! The Miz has been eliminated! The WWE Universe love it as The Miz has been eliminated, possibly the quickest Elimination Chamber elimination in history! And if we couldn’t believe it, you can bet The Miz couldn’t either, getting to his feet and grabbing the referee whilst holding his head. Miz refuses to leave the Chamber, viciously attacking R-Truth, and then Rey Mysterio. Miz even delivers a Skull-Crushing Finale to Dolph Ziggler before finally being forced to leave by multiple referees. Miz walks past CM Punk’s pod, Punk laughing hysterically at The Miz. Miz smashes his hands on Punk’s pod in anger, but Punk just pokes fun at him as Miz leaves. Christian gets to his feet and sees the three men down, before targeting R-Truth, picking him up and going for a Killswitch, but Truth shoves him off and meet him with a big clothesline, both men falling to the canvas. The countdown begins for the final time and the spotlight flashes around, only one man remaining to enter, and that is the WWE Champion, CM Punk! Punk enters the ring and picks up Dolph Ziggler before throwing him over the ropes and down to the steel. Punk then grabs R-Truth and drills him with a huge roundhouse kick. Rey Mysterio goes for a dropkick, but Punk swats him aside and then hits Mysterio with a calf kick. Finally, Punk grabs Christian and lifts him onto his shoulders for a Go To Sleep, but Christian slips off and drops Punk with a reverse DDT. Christian covers Punk but only gets a two count. Christian gets to his feet and observes the area, looking where to go next. He grabs Mysterio, who he has had some trouble with over the past few weeks and goes for a Killswitch, but Mysterio shoves him off into the corner and then rolls Christian up for an elimination! Christian has been eliminated! Mysterio, Ziggler, Punk and Truth each get a corner and gather themselves before getting ready to go into action again. R-Truth takes on Dolph Ziggler while CM Punk takes on Rey Mysterio. Truth goes for a Shut Up! but instead is thrown over the top rope and down to the steel, the WWE Universe wincing in pain just seeing the drop. Ziggler leaves the ring, waits for Truth to rise to his feet and then – BAM! Ziggler hits the ZigZag on Truth before pinning him on the steel. R-Truth has been eliminated! Dolph Ziggler returns to the ring and pulls Rey Mysterio away, but pays for it as Mysterio dropkicks him. CM Punk picks Ziggler up and goes for the Go To Sleep as Mysterio takes a breather, but Ziggler slips off and locks in the Sleeper Hold! Punk appears to be wearing away, but he regains power and throws Ziggler over his head and into Rey Mysterio who throws him over the ropes, but instead of landing on the steel, he lands on his feet. Mysterio goes to attack Punk, but Ziggler grabs Mysterio over the ropes, locking in a Sleeper Hold on Mysterio this time! He drags Mysterio over the top rope and down to the steel, locking the Sleeper Hold in with his legs wrapped around Ziggler’s body. The referee observes and finally Rey Mysterio has no option but to tap out. Rey Mysterio has been eliminated! Now all that remains is Dolph Ziggler and the WWE Champion, CM Punk. Before Ziggler can get back in the ring, Punk springboard off the top rope and but Ziggler ducks. However, Punk doesn’t crash and burn as he clings on to the chain wall as the WWE Universe cheer. Punk sees and climbs up beside him, the two battling as they hand from the wall of this hellish structure. Punk uses his educated feet to kick Ziggler, sending him off the wall and into one of the Lexan pods before falling through the ropes and back into the ring. Punk drops down after him and goes for the cover in the ring, but Ziggler kicks out at two. Punk signals for the end and stalks Ziggler as he gets to his feet. Punk lifts him up for the Go To Sleep, but once again his plan is foiled as Ziggler slips off and locks in the Sleeper Hold. Punk runs towards the corner and ducks, sending Ziggler flying over Punk's ’ead and colliding head first with the Lexan pod! The WWE Universe erupt as Ziggler stumbles back, his eyes rolling into the back of his head. Punk once again lifts Ziggler onto his shoulders, but this time – it connects! Punk hits the Go To Sleep and covers Ziggler for the three count! WWE Champion CM Punk wins the Elimination Chamber Match and retains the title.
The WWE Universe show their respect as CM Punk is handed his WWE Championship after a hard-fought battle. But there’s also a lot of respect for Dolph Ziggler, putting in a valiant effort in this huge match. CM Punk climbs to the top of one of the pods and raises his WWE Championship belt, pointing to the WrestleMania sign and screaming “I’m going to WrestleMania!”. He drops back down and then drops to his knees, raising his WWE Championship above his head as WWE Elimination Chamber fades to black. © 2012 World Wrestling Entertainment. All Rights Reserved.

Elimination Chamber Review
The World Heavyweight Championship Elimination Chamber match I loved, just loved it all the way from the opening to the close with Khali being the first man to get eliminated by a WMD which staggers him but he doesn't fall and he walks right into a World's Strongest Slam from Mark Henry and Henry pinning Khali to eliminate him was great. Then Bryan comes into the match and him being the cowardly heel he is, climbs all the way to the top of his pod just to get away from Big Show was awesome and then when Henry and Show are going at it, Bryan is like ordering Henry around telling him to stay on Big Show but Henry telling Bryan to shut up was funny as hell, I died, and then Randy Orton coming into the match-up and my man just went to work by eliminating Henry with a huge RKO to pin him 1...2..3 and then my man climbing to the top of Daniel Bryan's pod and launching him off of it and on to the steel was great. Then my man Orton and Show are going at it until Wade Barrett gets into the match-up and hits a low blow on Big Show, that was great, and then Barrett going to work on everyone until he gets eliminated by my man Orton via a huge RKO to pin him 1...2..3 but then my man Orton gets eliminated by Wade Barrett even after Barrett was eliminated and Daniel Bryan like the coward he is, crawls into the cover to pin Orton 1...2...3 and then Daniel Bryan eliminating Big Show to retain his World Heavyweight Championship just proves to me that Bryan got lucky yet again in order to save his title
Come WrestleMania 28 it won't last long, his luck will run out especially if Sheamus chooses to face Bryan for the World Heavyweight Championship
Cody Rhodes vs Goldust for the Intercontinental Championship, awesome match-up, it was emotionally charged especially since Dusty was in attendance to see his sons go at it, and then these boys fighting in front of their dad beating the holy hell out of each other, no father should have to see that, to see his sons trying to destroy each other and then Cody Rhodes trying to hit Goldust but he ducks and Cody accidentally hits his old man Dusty Rhodes and Cody is shocked by his actions just now and then Goldust asking him what he thought he was doing and then the action pours back into the ring and Cody beats Goldust to retain his IC Title via Cross Rhodes and Dusty jumping the guard rail to come into the ring to check on Goldust and Cody wanting to see if Dusty was okay and Dusty telling his son on no certain terms to not speak to him and to just go away and then Cody Rhodes planting his old man his own father with a Cross Rhodes, now that was shocking, if anything it was downright despicable if you ask me
Miz and R-Truth segment backstage I loved that too, it was really funny because Truth made it funny
Kharma is back again and she faces The Bella Twins and she pretty much beat them with ease, all on her own and then Beth Phoenix and Natalya try to get involved after the match-up trying to beat on Kharma but Kharma turns the tables and takes them both out with clotheslines and then Beth escaping the ring, something tells me she is afraid of Kharma and rightfully so, and then Natalya not being so lucky gets an Implant Buster from Kharma, Kharma is scary, Beth should know her days as Divas Champion are numbered especially now that Kharma is back
John Cena/Eve backstage segment about Zack Ryder and Kane was great and that she is pulling for him but that at the end of the day because of what happened to Ryder, she wants nothing to do with him and then Matthews interviewing Cena after that was great, and Cena just throws the microphone away from Matthews' hands and starts to go to that dark place, is Kane in the head of John Cena?
Cena beats Kane, definitely not what I expected because Kane has just been so unstoppable since his resurrection, he hasn't lost a match until now, but if anything Kane needed the win much more than Cena did, that is for sure because now Kane with the loss he just looks weak now if you ask me
Then Triple H making his announcement that at WrestleMania 28 that the Money In The Bank Ladder Match will be making its WrestleMania return, now this I am really ecstatic for, and then Undertaker showing up with the gong going off and the lights going out and then that video package of last year's Mania and then it showing Undertaker not being able to leave the ring under his own power and then after the video package ends, it ends with "This Is Not Over" as the crowd is going nuts and they are taking it in and then the lights come back on and Triple H doesn't look happy at all, Undertaker wants revenge for last year and he isn't going to stop until he gets what he wants and that is another match with Triple H
Sheamus beating Drew McIntyre, another match that I wasn't happy about because with McIntyre his win streak is now over and now it looks like he is going to get de-pushed again, but in all seriousness Sheamus needs the win especially since he is going to Mania in the main event
Punk retaining his WWE Championship was great and now Punk is going to Mania, but where was Chris Jericho during this Chamber match, I would have thought that he would be in it but he wasn't
Other than that out of 10 this pay per view for me gets a 9.5/10= 95% for me on my scale, the WWE Championship Chamber Match I thought was great but it would have been better if Jericho was in it, and also Cena vs. Kane as well because if anything Kane should have won, but other than that I enjoyed the Smackdown Chamber more, and Kharma being back and Rhodes/Goldust I think for me stole the show

Not a fan of Henry and Show starting, but it makes sense given their past. Love that Khali was eliminated so quickly. Bryan climbing the pod is perfect for his character. Randy Orton with two eliminations, just dominating. Love that Bryan snuck in and pinned Orton. And Daniel Bryan not letting go of the LeBelle Lock was awesome and makes him look more legit. Would've loved to see Rhodes vs. Goldust at WrestleMania but cool here too. Rhodes looked great and attacking his father after the match was perfect. Truth segment was funny. Kharma winning was obvious and Karma/Phoenix will be fantastic at WrestleMania. The Kane/Cena match worked well, loved the angle development and the finish leaves some doors wide open. I really like the "this isn't over" logo, but I have to admit that Triple H/Undertaker doesn't interest me for two straight years. Sheamus beating McIntyre was obvious, push Drew please. I absolutely love that Dolph Ziggler was so close to victory and that he put up a great fight. Punk and Bryan both retaining is different and the right call and I hope it happens in real life. Overall, great show and cannot wait for WrestleMania.

Elimination Chamber Review- Henry and Show starting would seem kinda borish to me, glad Khali was eliminated quickly. I like how Bryan climbs on top of his pod from the giants, perfectly playing to his cowardly role. I like Orton eliminating Henry but not Barrett so soon. Bryan sneakily pinning Orton is good and hopefully something plays out of that. I'm glad you had Bryan win with the LeBell Lock and hopefully this Show-Bryan fued is done. Glad Bryan goes in to Wrestlemania, champ. Cody over Goldust is good as Goldust at this stage should be used to elevate younger talent--the aftermatch Cross Rhodes makes Rhodes look really good. Truth with a hilarious segment, very well written. Kharma beating those Bella was good, but not really looking foward to Kharma and Beth at WM. The Cena/Kane match was good and the ending with Cena showing some kind of remorse was perfect---it makes me excited to Rock/Cena. Sheamus winning was obvious and necessary yet I like what you've done with Drew so far so this doesn't hurt him. RAW Elimination Chamber match was better in my opinon---Punk winning was predictable and the right choice. I really liked the show, and the path for Wrestlemania should be enjoyable sans HHH-Taker.

WWE Elimination Chamber: Sunday 19th February 2012...Glad to see Primo and Epico still somewhat featured defeating the Usos in the dark match, if only the WWE Tag Team Championship division was credible enough to make pay-per-view. The right way to open up this themed pay-per-view event with one of the Elimination Chamber matches, this time around for the World Heavyweight Championship. Pretty good action, really. The interaction between the Great Khali, the Big Show and Mark Henry had to of been awkward though. Glad to see Khali eliminated early on. Was surprised to see Randy Orton held back until the last Chamber door opened, though. Orton clearing house pretty much was nice to see, Orton with the unstoppable babyface shine upon his entrance to the match. Barrett then getting involved to help Daniel Bryan eliminate Orton though...please don't let Barrett and Orton feud into WrestleMania XXVIII. Their feud is boring the life out of me at this stage, I was bored as it was after their Tables match at TLC. It was the right call to let Show and Bryan have closure to their feud, and Bryan wearing Show down was an interesting call to make. Eve giving John Cena some verbal hell was sweet. EMBRACE. Cody Rhodes and Goldust was what it was, so glad you decided to pull a finish to this feud before WrestleMania. Great win for the WWE Intercontinental Champion, and him insulting Dusty Rhodes in addition by placing Goldust on top of him was incredibly heelish to do. What's next for Cody. Kharma destroying the Bella Twins was very expected, but I'm not happy with Beth Phoenix and Natalya getting in her way afterwards. Should have saved that for on television, this pay-per-view is coming off as a hype for WrestleMania now; more than what it should be. Up next is something noteable for a change, Kane and John Cena in what I hope is their final encounter. Well written match, and I liked Kane torturing Cena and trying to brainwash him whilst doing so, too. Cena eventually destroying Kane with the Attitude Adjustment off of the stage was a great way to close this feud, and allows Cena to advance to his big feud with The Rock, whilst Kane is taken off-screen for a while I expect. I just hope he doesn't return to feud Cena again for revenge's sake. Triple H's promo didn't sound very interesting, could have informed us that the Money in the Bank match was coming back to WrestleMania XXVIII on television rather this show. Again for the Undertaker promo, really. It's not good for pay-per-view honestly. Now what will there be on RAW tomorrow night that's worthy of noting in their brewing rivalry? Sheamus beating Drew McIntyre was obvious, but McIntyre was pretty much stripped of all of his previously regained momentum in this short match. In addition, I'm not all that impressed with this, as Sheamus is intended to look huge going into WrestleMania, and so far he's not looking all that impressive. Alright, the main event for the show, the second Elimination Chamber match for the WWE Championship. I feel like Sheamus will definitely be challenging Daniel Bryan at WrestleMania for the World Heavyweight Championship anyway, there's not a chance in hell we'd see CM Punk face Chris Jericho and Sheamus. And because of that, this match seems predictable to me. Wow, The Miz was eliminated quite quickly, I wonder what he did to annoy the higherups. CM Punk last in the match; doesn't suit his character in my eyes. Rey Mysterio getting Christian eliminated was nice, I see their feud advancing. Hopefully it concludes with Christian getting the win and his own WrestleMania Moment next month. Dolph Ziggler was cheeky in finishing R-Truth off, and him eliminating Mysterio was equally a big deal. And lastly, great effort by Ziggler, but it was obvious from the start that Punk was leaving with the WWE Championship intact. Overall, not a bad show, but a weak pay-per-view in my eyes. More hype for WrestleMania next month; which is fine, but you showed a little too much hype, and it rendered this show as not being worth the cash to even buy it. It reminds me of why I despise February pay-per-views. Interesting slightly in where you go from here, WrestleMania build should be fun, as long as you don't go too nutty with it. Everything to this point lined up was perhaps too predictable too.

WWE Raw Supershow; February 20th, 2012 WWE Superstars Tapings Santino Marella & Yoshi Tatsu defeat Curt Hawkins & Tyler Reks Kelly Kelly defeats Brie Bella
“Yes, sir, we promised you a great Main Event…”
Before the show opens up, we see a quick recap of CM Punk retaining his WWE Championship after last eliminating Dolph Ziggler. But the package focuses on John Cena, who appears to finally “embrace hate”, using it to defeat Kane in their Falls Count Anywhere Match. What does this mean for John Cena? And more importantly, what does this mean for The Rock?
CUE OPENING PACKAGE
A huge pyrotechnics display gives us a warming welcome to this edition of WWE Raw Supershow. Michael Cole and Jerry ‘The King’ Lawler welcome us and remind us that tonight will be a huge night for the WWE as not only will Sheamus be revealing which Championship he will challenge for at WrestleMania XXVIII, but The Rock will be live via satellite to address John Cena and the WWE Universe! They also tell us that tonight, we will have a Qualifying Match for the Money in the Bank Ladder Match at WrestleMania as Kofi Kingston will take on Christian! The theme of the WWE Champion, CM Punk hits to a huge pop.
CM Punk comes out to the ring with a huge grin on his face, the WWE Universe clearly high off his Elimination Chamber victory less than 24 hours ago. He enters the ring and tells the WWE Universe that he is still here and he is still the WWE Champion, after defeating five other men. He then goes on to say that for the first time in his career, he will enter WrestleMania as the World Champion, and then says his opponent could be anyone. He says “It could be Dolph Ziggler – but then again, he’s had way too many chances already”, he thinks for a few more seconds, and then says “It could be The Miz – but then we’ve got ratings to think about…”. The WWE Universe laugh and smirk at the cheap shot towards Miz. Punk then says “Or it could be Sheamus…” which gets a pop from the crowd. CM Punk says he’d be pretty pleased if Sheamus chose him tonight because he knows they’d have a great match at WrestleMania. Punk is about to continue, but before he can finish – the theme of the World Heavyweight Champion, Daniel Bryan hits to a ton of heat.
Bryan comes out and says that he’s in disbelief. He says that all those years ago when he and Punk were wrestling in independent companies, he never once thought they’d both be standing in a Monday Night Raw ring as the WWE and World Heavyweight Champions. He says that if someone would have told him years ago that this would be happening, he’d have told them to stop being crazy, and you know why? Because he didn’t think CM Punk would make it. The crowd boo as Bryan explains. He says that if someone would have told him “You’ll be the World Heavyweight Champion one day”, he’d have agreed, but if anyone would have said CM Punk would be stood beside him, he’d have cried with laughter. Bryan says that he is shocked to see CM Punk as the WWE Champion, because after all, he was always inferior to Bryan. Punk chuckles and says that Bryan has some tough words for a guy that spent most of last night hidden away on top of a Chamber pod. Bryan says regardless of what happened, he won the match, retained the World Heavyweight Championship, and most importantly… made the Big Show submit. Punk says that Bryan always had “little man syndrome”, and he’d much rather him put his words into actions and take him on right now. The crowd pop as the two Champions come face-to-face, but Bryan backs down. He says that after a gruelling Elimination Chamber Match, he won’t be competing and he is only here to see which Champion Sheamus will choose. Bryan turns to leave the ring to a lot of heat, but the Assistant General Manager of Raw, John Laurinaitis comes out to even more heat.
Laurinaitis says that he has been ordered to come out here by the Chief Operating Officer, Triple H to inform CM Punk, Daniel Bryan and the WWE Universe that tonight, in the Main Event, it will be Champion versus Champion as these two superstars face off! The crowd erupt as Daniel Bryan looks on in shock. CM Punk smiles and tells Bryan that he’ll see him later, before dropping the microphone and leaving as his theme plays. Michael Cole hypes that we will see CM Punk versus Daniel Bryan for the first time ever in a WWE ring – tonight!
Commercial Break.
Money in the Bank Qualifying Match; Kofi Kingston defeats Christian; Christian was unfortunate in last night’s Elimination Chamber Match, being eliminated by Rey Mysterio, but tonight he was looking to make his own way to WrestleMania by defeating Kofi Kingston and getting into the Money in the Bank Ladder Match. However, Rey Mysterio would show his face when Christian was cheating during the match, using the ropes for his pinfalls. Mysterio showed and shoved Christian’s feet off the ropes during a pin. This distracted Christian and when he turned around, he was hit with the Trouble In Paradise, giving Kofi the victory.
Kofi Kingston left the ring in celebration, Rey Mysterio raising his hand. Christian screamed in anger at Mysterio who was leaving up the ramp. We are told by Michael Cole that later on tonight, we will see Rey Mysterio take on Chris Jericho in singles action! The scene then fades to black.
Backstage, Triple H is alongside John Laurinaitis and David Otunga. The Game says that he isn’t happy about what happened last night, and asks Laurinaitis if he had anything to do with it. Johnny Ace swears that it had nothing to do with him, and he was as surprised as everyone else, but then suggests that Triple H shouldn’t ignore it and should do something about it. Triple H says that he’s going out there later tonight to clear the air since the WWE Universe has been buzzing for the past twenty-four hours. Laurinaitis pats him on the back and says he’s doing the right thing, but Triple H just glares at him and tells him never to touch him again. Laurinaitis apologises as Triple H leaves, leaving Johnny Ace and David Otunga looking on.
We are shown a WrestleMania Countdown package which features clips from past WrestleManias before finally stating that there are forty-one days until the Grandest Stage of them All!
Commercial Break.
Divas Champion Beth Phoenix with Natalya defeats Alicia Fox; After last night’s events, Beth Phoenix was clearly enraged at Kharma’s retaliation following Beth and Natalya’s attacks. Alicia Fox put up a good fight, but in the end, it was Phoenix with the GlamSlam that picked up the victory.
After the match, Natalya locked in the Sharpshooter on Alicia as Beth got on her knees and screamed into Fox’s face, holding her Divas Championship up close. All of a sudden, the lights go a dark purple and the titantron switches on. We see Kharma in a package similar to the ones from her debut, but instead of generic Barbie dolls, Kharma is in possession of Beth Phoenix and Natalya in Mattell form. We see her maniacally break into laughter before crushing the two figures in her hands. The lights return to normal and we see Phoenix and Natalya standing side-by-side, wondering what the hell just happened. The Divas of Doom leave ringside looking rather worried as we cut to commentary.
Jerry Lawler reminds us that tonight, we will see The Rock live via satellite to address John Cena and the WWE Universe. We are then lead into a video package which highlights the careers of John Cena and The Rock leading up to a shot of the two face-to-face in the Raw ring. We then fade to black.
Commercial Break.
Backstage, Josh Mathews is alongside Chris Jericho to some heat. He asks Jericho what he thinks to CM Punk retaining the WWE Championship last night. Jericho looks at Mathews and says that CM Punk can walk around pretending to be the WWE Champion all he wants, but soon enough, his fairy-tale world will come crashing down around him and it will be the end of the world as you all know it. Mathews then asks where Rey Mysterio falls in to all this as his opponent tonight. Jericho says that he and Mysterio have a deep history, but he is still playing a part in this fantasy world that CM Punk is at the helm of, and tonight, he will dispose of him just like he has done in the past. Jericho leaves and we fade to ringside.
Chris Jericho defeats Rey Mysterio; Rey Mysterio was still hot off the heels of appearing earlier tonight to assist Kofi Kingston in beating Christian, and this came back to bite him in this match. He and Jericho had a hard fought battle as they always have done, and Mysterio had Jericho on the ropes for the 619, but Jericho rolled underneath the bottom rope and caught his breath. The referee began counting Jericho out, making him oblivious to Christian sliding in the ring and delivering a low blow to Mysterio! Christian fled through the crowd as Jericho re-entered the ring and nailed Mysterio with a Codebreaker for the victory.
Chris Jericho celebrated his win as we see Christian fleeing through the WWE Universe. Mysterio gets to his feet and looks for Christian, but he’s nowhere to be seen. We then cut backstage.
The Chief Operating Officer, Triple H is backstage, walking down a corridor ready to make it to the ring, apparently to address the WWE Universe on last night’s unusual events. We then fade to black.
Commercial Break.
The theme of The Game, Tripe H hits to a huge pop and he comes out in suit and tie, grabbing a microphone and preparing to speak. He tells the WWE Universe that last night, they may have witnessed something which may lead to rumours, speculations and many other things. He reminds us that what we saw was a message that was apparently from “beyond the grave”… from The Undertaker. The WWE Universe erupt at the mere mention of his name, but then Triple H drops them all back down to reality when he says that it was all a misunderstanding, and The Undertaker shall not be returning for this year’s WrestleMania. The WWE Universe boo as Triple H shrugs his shoulders, unsure what to say. He says that there’s many rumours about how that was a direct challenge to Triple H, but he isn’t looking at it that way because he has other things on his mind right now. He’s been placed in charge of Raw once again and he has that to see to, not to mention booking the WrestleMania card alongside Theodore Long, and promoting the match between The Rock and John Cena. Triple H says that it was merely a miscommunication and nothing will come of it. He then says that he hopes everyone enjoys the rest of the show and turns to leave. But before he can leave through the ropes… the lights go off and the WWE Universe erupt. We see a video package similar to the one we saw last night, featuring clips of Triple H coming extremely close to defeating The Undertaker at WrestleMania XXVII. Alongside these, we see flickering and flashing of graveyards and lightning, before finally pausing on a different image to last night. The lights come back on and once again Triple H is left looking angered. He drops the microphone and shakes his head before leaving up the ramp, much like last night. Triple H vanishes behind the curtain as we fade to black.
A video package is shown, highlighting the twenty-eight WrestleMania events that have taken place, showing Main Events like Hulk Hogan versus Andre the Giant, Triple H versus Chris Jericho, The Undertaker versus Shawn Michaels and many others. It then cuts to how this year’s Main Event could top them all, as John Cena will face The Rock in the most anticipated encounter of the decade! Raw then returns.
Dolph Ziggler & United States Champion Jack Swagger with Vickie Guerrero defeat R-Truth & Mason Ryan; Two of these men came up short last night in the WWE Championship Elimination Chamber Match, while the other two have faced off twice on the past two Raw Supershows. This match was back and forth, but when Jack Swagger and Mason Ryan brawled on the outside, Dolph Ziggler was able to hit R-Truth with the ZigZag for the victory.
Dolph Ziggler and Jack Swagger celebrated their victory with Vickie Guerrero as Mason Ryan checked on R-Truth. We then fade to black.
Commercial Break.
We return to see Sheamus backstage, ready to be interviewed by Josh Mathews to a huge pop. Mathews says that Sheamus is here tonight to reveal who he will face at WrestleMania, and asks if he can give us any hints. Sheamus says that he isn’t giving anything away until after tonight’s match between CM Punk and Daniel Bryan. He says that whoever he chooses better be ready for the fight of their life, because he is looking to walk out of WrestleMania as either the WWE or World Heavyweight Champion. Sheamus leaves and we fade to ringside.
Justin Roberts is in the ring and he says “Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome, live via satellite, The People’s Champion – The Rock!” The crowd go wild as The Rock appears on the titantron. Rocky says hello to the crowd and does says “Finally… The Rock – has come back (via satellite) to Monday Night Raw!”. The crowd erupt, laughing at the satellite part. Rock then goes on to say how he’s been watching his WrestleMania opponent, John Cena for a while now and he’s seen what he’s been going through with Kane. Rocky says that he has noticed something about Cena that he has never noticed before. He may act like he doesn’t care what the people think, but deep down he does, and he really isn’t a mentally strong person, and Kane proved that. He says that Kane drove John Cena to a place he’s never been before, and because of that, The Rock has been able to see John Cena’s true colours and see the ticking time bomb he really is. The Rock says that in just forty-one days, he and John Cena will take part in one of the most iconic battles of the decade, and for the sake of the people, the WWE Universe, he is going to slap the lips off that “fruity pebble steaming pile of monkey crap”. The crowd erupt, but that cheering soon turns to quite a fair amount of heat as the theme of John Cena hits. The Rock remains on the titantron as John Cena makes his way out to the ring, but he doesn’t jump around and pander to the fans, he simply walks to the ring and grabs a microphone, looking extremely serious.
The Rock says it’s nice of Cena to join them, they were just having a bit of a laugh. Cena sarcastically laughs on the microphone and then speaks, saying that The Rock might be able to appear on a big screen and turn the WWE Universe against him because he has that much power. He knows that The Rock could influence the beliefs of the WWE Universe with ease, and he respects that. But what he doesn’t respect is how The Rock sits and does that from his home in Miami instead of being here for the WWE Universe like he is each and every single week. He says how last night, he finally overcame Kane and put him out of his mind, and now he is more focused than ever to take on The Rock at WrestleMania. He says that The Rock should know better than to call him “mentally weak”, because he sees how he comes out here every single week and stays mentally strong, despite the fact that half of the WWE Universe despise him. He says he comes out here and he puts up with that because it’s what he loves to do, and he isn’t afraid to be booed, because he knows that everyone has their own opinion. The Rock pretends to cry, saying “That’s such an emotional speech, John… but it doesn’t matter what you think!” and the crowd go nuts. The Rock says that whether John Cena comes out and bounces around in his rainbow shirts, shakes hands, kisses babies, it doesn’t matter, because at the end of the day, when WrestleMania comes, it will be John Cena going on… on one… with The Great One and The Rock will be the one to walk out with his hand raised after he’s put boots to asses and sent John Cena packing all the way back to “boy scout central”! “If ya smelllllllllllllloww – what The Rock… is cookin’!”. The Rock’s theme hits and John Cena glares up at the titantron with a smirk on his face, even he can’t keep the smile off his face. The WWE Universe chant for Rocky as The Rock raises his eyebrow and he and Cena share a stare-off, all the way via satellite.
We then cut backstage to a split screen where the WWE Champion, CM Punk and the World Heavyweight Champion, Daniel Bryan are walking down separate corridors, ready for their match – NEXT!
Commercial Break.
WWE Champion CM Punk defeats World Heavyweight Champion Daniel Bryan via Disqualification; These two had one hell of a match here tonight, but it was pretty much expected from these two amazing athletes. Daniel Bryan took an early advantage and went for the LeBelle Lock, but CM Punk escaped and delivered a roundhouse kick to Bryan’s head. CM Punk was measuring for the Go To Sleep, and he lifted Bryan up, but Bryan slipped off and delivered a roundhouse kick of his own. Daniel Bryan left the ring and grabbed his World Heavyweight Championship, he wasn’t sticking around any longer. He went to leave up the ramp, but CM Punk grabbed him and threw him back into the ring, but as Punk entered the ring after him, Daniel Bryan drilled him with the World Heavyweight Championship, forcing the referee to call for the bell.
While the victory was handed to CM Punk, Daniel Bryan stood tall with his World Heavyweight Championship held high above his head, but that was until the theme of the 2012 Royal Rumble winner, Sheamus hit! Sheamus came out with a smile on his face and entered the ring, grabbing a microphone.
CM Punk got to his feet and both Champions stood before Sheamus. Sheamus says he thought long and hard about making the right choice going in to WrestleMania, and he’s actually gone back and forward between his choices, but he’s finally made his decision, and his decision is… BAM! Sheamus drills Daniel Bryan with a Brogue Kick to a huge pop from the crowd! Sheamus has chosen Daniel Bryan as his opponent for WrestleMania! Sheamus looks at CM Punk and the two share a smirk, and it almost looks as if Sheamus tells Punk “You got off lucky” before picking up the World Heavyweight Championship and raising it above his head to a huge pop. Sheamus then drops the title and leaves the ring, Daniel Bryan falling to the arena floor on the outside. CM Punk stands alone in the ring, until – BAM! Out of nowhere, Chris Jericho appears and hits CM Punk with a huge Codebreaker! The second time this has happened on Monday Night Raw. Chris Jericho looks down at CM Punk and the WWE Championship, before looking up at the WrestleMania sign and smiling as WWE Raw Supershow fades to black.

RAW Review
The RAW after Elimination Chamber this is great and we get to see a qualifying match-up for Money In The Bank, this is great and The Rock will be here via satellite, this is going to be awesome
Punk and Bryan the 2 respective champions of their brand in the ring opening the show off and going back and forth with each other trading jabs at one another until GM Johnny Ace comes out and interrupts and basically makes the match-up Punk vs Bryan First Time Ever on RAW, I can't wait
Kofi Kingston defeats Christian to become the first guy to qualify for Money In The Bank, only because Rey Mysterio got involved and cost Christian essentially a chance to be in MITB, now this rivalry is getting personal now
Jericho beating Rey Mysterio, also a huge fan of that too, only because Christian returning the favour from earlier tonight by costing Rey his match-up
Kharma sends a message to Beth Phoenix and Natalya and they look worried and rightfully so, especially after Beth Phoenix w/Natalya beats Alicia Fox
Undertaker wants another match with HHH, and I for one want to see them face off again, and to up the stakes of this match, Undertaker tells Triple H to put his career on the line to face him and Undertaker will also put his career on the line to face HHH as well
It will be Career vs Career but for the Streak as well, either way this feud has to end
Rock pretty much owned Cena in this segment, made Cena look incredibly stupid here, I wonder what Cena is going to do, HE'S PROBABLY GOING TO TAKE IT FROM ROCK AND JUST LET IT BUILD UP INSIDE OF HIM!!!!!
Punk beats Daniel Bryan one on one by DQ, and then after that Sheamus comes to the ring and makes his decision as to which champion, he will face, Sheamus BAM! Brogue Kick to Daniel Bryan, Sheamus vs Bryan at Mania 28 for the World Heavyweight Championship and then after Sheamus leaves Bryan laying and leaves the ring and Bryan is down and out rolling to the floor, Jericho comes in and Codebreakers Punk
I hope you are thinking about doing Punk/Jericho for Mania 28
And Randy Orton I hope he is added into the match at Mania 28 to make it a Triple-Threat Sheamus vs Bryan vs Orton in a Triple-Threat Match, hell even add Barrett to make it a Fatal 4-Way match for the World Heavyweight Championship
Or even put my man Orton in Money In The Bank at least
