That looks very, very nice. I'll probably try to pick it up at some point, but $65 is crazy...that's like paying almost $50 just for the chamber! Yikes!

Hey Micro, again, very cool review and sweet Pics! The only thing that really kills my interest in this set is, again like the Jakks Real Scale Version, the wrong placed chambers... ok I know that the set would be even bigger if they were placed behind the Ring posts, but that's where they are in reality, so why not in the Playset? Sorry, but this time I have to pass, so much money for that unacuracy is nothing for my valet.

Wow that doesn't look half bad! Unfortuanetly it will never hit Australian shelves But great review anyway Micro! Will we be seeing a Chamber match in the pic fed???I second this! Even though WWE Alt is only on week 2, an EC match would be great!

Thanks, guys, I'm glad you enjoyed the review! This was one of those playsets that I couldn't wait to get my hands on, so big thanks goes to Chewdeezy again for letting us know about this! Another playset that I really want is the upcoming Kmart exclusive Tribute to the Troops ring, so please keep an eye out for that one, too. I only have one not-so-local Kmart, with a weak selection of WWE stuff, so I rarely get to check it out. I agree, the price is pretty steep for a Basic playset but I have to commend the Mattel Design Team for the quality of this one. It looks awesome and it's my favorite playset right now. Again, keep an eye out for sales, TRU can surprise us with some awesome deals and I expect some good holiday sales soon. Also, the Rewards club recently gave out $10-off coupons for purchases over $50. Things like this can really sweeten this deal! It's a shame that our fellow international collectors will not get to see this one in stores, though. I wish Mattel had a way to get their exclusives distributed out of the U.S. This is pretty good for a basic playset but I don't collect those so this is a pass for me. I am considering getting the Money in the Bank one though, because I can't come up with a good structure to do ladder matches. The electronic MitB playset is one I keep passing on but wouldn't mind getting later on, especially now that it's starting to show up on sale. I'm jealous of those who found it for $19 at Walmart! At that price, it's perfect for setting up ladder matches. The only other ones that are also made for that, I think, are the Colossal Crashdown Arena and the TLC sets. Wait, the RSR Elimination Chamber also had inaccurate pod placement? I only saw that playset in stores once but didn't take a close look at it. The $135 price scared me away, even though that's probably cheap compared to the online prices now! I can understand the placement for this Basic-sized playset, due to the size constraints, but the RSR one should've been accurate. I don't mind the placement on this playset, though. I knew it'd be smaller and not to scale so the new placement is a fair compromise. It also keeps the corner posts clear for high-flying action! Speaking of which... Will we be seeing a Chamber match in the pic fed??? I second this! Even though WWE Alt is only on week 2, an EC match would be great! Yes, this playset is too awesome to not feature it on WWE Alt, so there will be an Elimination Chamber match at some point! Specialty matches like this one will be saved for special occasions/feuds! Thanks for mentioning it, I'm glad to see others enjoying the show!

is out everywhere? or is it released region by region? This should be out in all TRU, they're usually good about releasing their exclusives at the same time. If your region doesn't have it in stock yet, I'd expect them to have it in very soon. Call your local stores and use the SKU number to make sure they have it in stock before you go. I remember you were looking for the Steel Cage set, it's a shame you missed out on it. I highly recommend the Elimination Chamber, though. Considering that the Steel Cage set will probably cost more online than this new playset, this one is a far better value. The Steel Cage playset was a good deal at retail, and on discount, but I've seen people asking $100 for this and it's way too much. The Elimination Chamber gives you more bang for your buck and I'm sure your son will love it, it just looks too cool!

AMAZING REVIEW!!!! You have me wanting to get it now lol however, I have 2 basic rings in my garage collecting dust, so I will stick with the Jakks RSR mainly for it's size.
