E21 Del Rio, ball joint hips?
If not, are E14/16 Rock ball jointed?

Hey guys, So after finishing my first ever foray into sculpting, i thought i'd update you with some painting. First is the Ministry Taker. For me, this custom is so-so, was really just working with the parts i had. E8 scan modded, gloves and top sculpted and everything painted (no decals). The head works ok but looks a little old for this era taker. Also the hair seems a little off. Second, my Lord of Darkness Taker. Much prefer this one, E1 scan with modded and sculpted hair, sculpted top, wrists and tight accessories. Much prefer the outcome of this one. For some reason on both, the silvery grey looks really bright. Btw, i used sculpey, which was easy enough to work with, but is pretty brittle after boiling. I understand this is not the recommended method to cure it. What sculpting material would you guys recommend? Nice work dude! Always loved the ministry Undertaker look, nailed it man. Also, if it helps you, I wrote a pretty in depth piece on my thoughts on the different kinds of molding putties that I've used in the past couple years. It is posted in the Customs Support board (to answer your questions on Sculpey vs other mediums) keep up the good work!

Amazing, I love the gloves, the way you made it look on the arms the painting is insane and your scalpiting is beautiful... But other than that it's alright haha

I don't own a single del rio, but I'm pretty sure his figure in E12 was actually the first to have ball jointed hips, so I'd be surprised if his E21 didn't

Elite 14 100% has the ball joints. My elite 12 however does not. I remember my elite 14's legs being so loose that I eventually just gave the figure away. Probably the best elite Del Rio they've made too
