So I went to Buffalo Wild Wings to watch the PPV tonight, and it was embarrassing to see the turn out for this PPV. 5-6 tables were there for WWE. From 2004-2006 I can remember going to Hooters at the mall before they closed for every pay per view, and every seat was filled until the end of the PPV, some events depending on the manager on, they would pull benches in from the food court.
After Hooters closed, we found Buffalo Wild Wings, and again, packed house. The last event they carried was Unforgiven 2007. About 6-7 months ago they started to carry PPV's again. They have promotional posters up for every event, along with at least 3 posters that list all the WWE events for the year. Even all the waitresses get into it by wearing John Cena shirts for all events. It seems like every PPV with the exception of WrestleMania this year, the WWE audience has been shrinking, and I'm worried they will stop carrying the events as I'm sure it costs a lot to purchase the PPV's in a public place. Plus it's no fun when no one is yelling and cheering for spots. Is anyone else's Blast Area's this dead?

We don't even have blast areas around here. We used to about 5 years ago, but the crowds must have died.
The only blast area I have is in my toilet.

Its a place that shows a WWE PPV. The one I always go to is ALWAYS packed for WWE events, and about 95% full for UFC events (unless its a big one). Then again, its in McDonough, GA, which was home to Deep South Wrestling, so its a pretty popular in the area. The Oyster Pub in Daytona was sorta kinda full the last time I went, but that was Extreme Rules back in 2009 I think.

A restaurant or bar that shows monthly WWE PPV's. WWE has a list of them on their website. Not really accurate as mine isn't even on there.

The only problem I have about going to Blast Areas are the types of people it draws. Sorry but Im from the south and "Rasslin" fans down here are not always the most educated, well bathed people.

So uhhh, find more people to go with, or tell more people about it? Until someone a couple of years ago told me what "blast areas" were, I didn't know. And not everyone goes to those restaurants either.

Y'know, I never really had this issue until Elimination Chamber. Enter woman missing half her teeth, looking like she fell out of the ugly tree and hit every branch on the way down. She was one of those that still thinks its real. I don't have a problem with her cheering the faces and booing the heels, I did have a problem with her shouting that she hoped the heels would get seriously injured, which is just disrespectful. Also, she said Trish Stratus was ugly and trailer trash.... WTF?!

The closest blast area to me is an hour and a half away. Even if we had one here, I work on sunday's and couldn't go. Luckly I work from home so if I choose to watch I can.

Our Blast Area, Hooters, was pretty dead last night. After watching the PPV...I understand why.
