it would have been great but wouldnt have happened for ages-possibly until Vinnie was desperate for $$$$ draw.
HHH turned down working a feud with Lesnar twice when he was in his power trip mode from 2002 onwards.
he was slated to be one of the big stars to put Brock over in 2002 but he wriggled out of that one.
You know what I will say this..consider how long he stayed considering the push he got, he would have been better off not doing the job.
agreed.Taker agreed to put him over so convincingly in HIAC because after talking with Vince he believed him to be the future face of the company.......but Vince didnt factor in one huge facet about Brock........
he was a crap face.excellent heel but not suited to be a face at all IMHO.
Still Lesnar turning up to whoop on Evolution would have been 12 types or awesome
I'm not sure if it was a "mark out" moment, but I was excited seeing them go nose-to-nose the night after SummerSlam 02'. Don't get me wrong, Lesnar had a great feud with the Undertaker too, but I really wanted to see that feud.

I thought it did happen?
I remember on RAW (or maybe smackdown), either Eric Bischoff or Paul Heyman had a banner carried through the crowd hyping Lesnar vs. Triple H. That or something about Lesnar coming to RAW or something.

someone clear this up for me.
Triple H was number one contender, so the match was supposed to happen, but then Lesnar announced he was SmackDown exclusive, which meant the match wouldn't happen and Triple H was crowned World Champion for RAW.

Do you think thats why we ended up with two world titles

2 World Titles was always the plan.they knew HHH vs HBK was gonna dominate Summerslam so they held off until after...also having two World titles when Brock won would have diminished the importance of his victory.

The feud didn't happen b/c that was right at the highest point of Triple H's career and his "super" heel run. Triple H didn't want to do what the Rock did and get squashed by Lesnar, so instead TRIPLE H suggested to creative that they create a new belt for him exclusive to RAW and have Lesnar be exclusive to smackdown so he would never have to face him.
