Considering that Scotty's back now, does that mean he and Flair have patched things up.... or are just being professional enough to work together? In fact, I don't think I've ever heard Scott Steiner say a good thing about Ric Flair.
Either way, considering that TNA always lets Flair and Steiner loose on their promos... the first in ring promo between those 2 certainly will be interesting.
Thoughts?

Do Steiner and Flair have bad blood or something?

Do Steiner and Flair have bad blood or something? Let's check the WCW Book of Stupidity... • Scott Steiner cut an unscripted promo in which he criticised Ric Flair, said WCW "sucked" and made reference to people turning over to watch Steve Austin instead. He was punished by being suspended....from Thunder....with pay. • Scott Steiner went on a bit of a rampage and made several unscripted comments, such as calling Ric Flair an "ass kicking, butt-sucking *******" on national television and badmouthing the company. The trouble was nobody dared to tell him to stop because at the time he had a notoriously short temper and everyone backstage was scared of him. The only person to stand up for himself was DDP, who got into a fight backstage with Steiner. Steiner took him down, punched him several times in the eye and DDP and Kevin Nash left in fear. They claimed they would be back when "there was new management". Steiner's punishment? None. And Steiner has done several shoots on Flair over the years.

I feel Steiner always speaks openly and honestly about things, and I respect him for that.
As much as I acknowledge Flair's contribution to the industry, I don't respect him as a person. I think Steiner's 'Wizard of Oz' analogy from the second vid ("you see something different on one side of the curtain to the other") sums Flair up perfectly.
And CJ, do you know where can I get that shoot interview with Steiner?
EDIT: Found this dirt sheet from March 2010
Scott Steiner was backstage at this past Monday’s iMPACT, and it appears there is no heat between Steiner and Ric Flair anymore as the two spoke before the show started.
Steiner told Flair there would be no problems and mentioned how his son was a big fan of Flair’s and runs around the house going “Whooo.”
Steiner, who was recently released from his TNA contract, has a long history of beef with Ric Flair. During the final years of WCW, Steiner cut un-scripted promos on live TV about Flair, and threatened his life backstage. Steiner's contract prohibited any kind of fines or suspensions, and if WCW or Flair pressed charges it would violate his probation and they would lose one of their top ratings draws at the time, so Steiner often went without any punishment.

I think Steiner's 'Wizard of Oz' analogy from the second vid ("you see something different on one side of the curtain to the other") sums Flair up perfectly. I don't know Flair enough to make a Wizard of Oz comparison, but what bothers me about this is how everybody says that Flair is a class act to their face yet bashes them from behind. I'm not backstage or anything, but Sid, Bret, Foley, Sammartino and Steiner have said that Flair was a class act to them but then you have Flair doing these interviews just bashing them in media. If you have a problem, say it to somebody's face. If I was a wrestler, and Flair was a class act to me to my face only to hear about him bashing me years later in an interview, I'd want to kick his ass. If I suck, if something's wrong with my character... tell me. Atleast you're being honest with me dude. That's like a complete 180 right there. Imagine how you would feel if you heard that. If my work is poopty and my attitude is bad...tell me! I may not wanna hear it and I may disagree but atleast you told me face to face like a man and I will respect that! If you wanna critique my work in the media then do so in the most respectful way possible and not come off like a jackass. I just think Flair comes off the wrong way, and people have every right to think what they do as does he And CJ, do you know where can I get that shoot interview with Steiner? the guy who uploads them on YouTube either has them taken down or he deletes his account and makes another one. It's hard to keep track of what he has. Subscribe to naitchgirlv3 on YouTube and maybe you'll find it, and if you don't you'll probably find something else

They got beef for sure. I will always respect a man for speaking his mind. Thats what makes Big Poppa Pump stand out so much.
I highly doubt you would see Naitch do anything to his face lol.

In the fight with DDP didn't it take like 4 guys to get him from ripping DDP's eye out? Pretty sure that was the case.

I'm a fan of both(a huge Steiner fan), but they are both nuts IMO. Steiner speaks what he believes and I respect him for that, but w/ all the crazy stories about what he did backstage during WCW range from hilarious to scary. Flair is a two-face. He switches his opinion about people as often as he changes socks. Just my opinion on them as real people.

I wouldnt invest in Steiners shoot lads......much of it is gibberish because he seems to have a crap memory.
always liked Steiner and I remember the promo about people switching over to see Austin very very well.
