Basic 9 is mid-March? They're already starting to pop up in stores, and it's 2010 still. That's very unusual.
Anyway, I'm glad the Slater set is a chaser. He probably won't even have the Nexus armband since it's based of NXT1. I hope the HD are in white.

I ordered JTG from basic 9 because I don't have a JTG yet. The rest of basic 9 I have from earlier series except natalya but I don't collect divas.

I am very surprised that B9 is a March release. I figured they would crank those out in mid Jan just to have one of their main lines kicking off the year. Sort of still expect B10 to show up in March too.
As far as 2P9 goes,ill have to see protos to see if ordering these are worth it. If there's nothing exceptional about the other 2 sets,then I will take my chances on just getting Christian/Slater. (Heh.....christian slater....heh)

Awesome. Heath Slater! I hate him but i want his figure.
Slater is all I need from that set. I only buy Basic figures of wrestlers who dont have Elites, that way if they never get An Elite im covered, As I am an elite collector. (But God Bless Mattel for making Basics and Elites to scale)
So I will wait until i see him at retail. I dont want to pay $34.99 for one toy thats going to be at retail.
But I bet Ringside will have Heath and Christian on Back Order in NO TIME.

I don't need another Christian and I definatly wont pay that much just for a Heath Slater figure. With that said, I really want that Natalya figure...but for $29.99...I don't know if I can justify that purchase yet.

I like how it says "Rare" How can it be rare? It's not even out yet! Months from now when Heath Slater's 2-pack is clogging the pegs, we'll see just how rare it is. A fool and his money are soon parted.
I will definitely get it when it hits stores, but this slow trickle of Nexus is going to be painful. I hope the Hart Dynasty 2-pack is them in their sweet white attire. And I think the Sheamus/Triple H pack will be a waste, unless we get a new Sheamus attire and a new Triple H attire, and I don't see that happening.

I have a complaint, and this has nothing to do with RSC because they have no control over this......but why do Mattel seem to short pack the figures that EVERYBODY KNOWS are going to be the popular ones?
I don't understand why a company would put LESS of a character in a case? They should look at character popularity and include less of the guys that it's OBVIOUS are going to be shelf warmers!
I don't even want to imagine the sh*t storm that's going to happen when Wade Barrett's figure finally comes out....I'm sure it will be 1 per case though, lol

What's the point of overpacking? The DX sets were 3 per case in series 5 and those are clogging pegs everywhere |
