Nice Pickup mate I really want to get that ESR just one question are the mattel posts as tall or taller than the Jakks one The post are thicker but I think they are the same height from what I remember.

The ESR is a big ring no doubt about it, but I too like it alot. It's the only ring I have and you can't have wrestling figures without a ring!!!
With that said, I wish I could have held off for another year. I much rather the LESR coming out next year with Andre. I wish Mattel would have gone the route of custom grapple gear packs so we can switch ropes etc. but alas I'll have to purchase another ring and eBay this ESR eventually.

Thanks for the pics man. I cant believe how many people are having trouble with the elastic loops on the canvas. I hate to hear that. But it sounds like an easy fix.
Your cat looks awesome! I have a few cats, but my favorite cat in the world is named Sniffles. And she takes over My ESR, Jakks RSR, and UFC Real scale Octagon.
Shes a moody little bitch though, so she refuses to job to any of these other Hypocrites

I just picked up the ESR yesterday at TRU. I followed PJ's directions and had no problem what so ever with the ring skirt's elastic breaking. Instead of putting the corner posts in first you put the ring skirt around the ring than you add the posts.
For anyone else thinking about buying one follow the directions in this order and you won't have any problems.
Step 3 Step 5 Step 6 Step 7 Step 4 Step 8 Step 9 Step 10 Step 1 & 2 (the stair case) Step 11

Awesome stuff man. I received mine last week and after a week of messing around with it, I'm finally getting used to it. I know it's not much bigger than the Jakks ring but it seemed to be a bit different at first to be honest. I plan on having a big Rumble with all my Elite figs in it soon.

I'm gonna break down and get one... I have 2 rsrs, but the possibility of a Real Scale World War 3 Battle Royal is almost too much to pass up

I have a raw rsr and a WM2 rsr. If mattel made a smack down version I would get it. Otherwise in happy with my JAKKS rings. Might be the only things they got right. But I'm probably gonna get the Mattel LESR with Andre.
