lol at Mattel fans trying to troll. Just picked up the DI series 1 Sting today and it looks better than most of the Mattel figs IMO. I don't see why people try to bash other for liking one company over the other, unless they think they're cool trying to act tough on the internet.

i have say all these looks good but my favourites are:
Daffney Jeff Hardy Hogan Pope Anderson Angle
Wolfe looks most horrible this far and i have feeling when you see him live it will look even more horrible.
Jakks does good work with these TNA DI figures and only thing i dont like about them are scale. Examble AJ is tall as Kevin Nash.
i am more Mattel guy but jakks still gets my respect because these are much better than those old TNA figures what was made by toybiz.

Wow, the only one I was dying for was Nigel McDesmond but I'm pretty sure my custom looks more like him than this release does.

I really like Daffney's scan and outfit details but I hate those plastic skirts with a passion.

Jakks is notorious for putting details on the protos and when the final product comes out they are missing. hate Mattel all you want but one thing you can't say is they skimp on the details.

The only one I didn't like was Stevie Richards. The head scan was fine but the rest for me seemed kinda off TBH.

I would've preffered it if they'd made Wolfe in his football shirt, tbh. Figure looks so plain.

When did I ever say I hate mattel? I collect both and don't see how mattell is so much better than jakks. Both have pros and cons. It's mattel fans like you that seem to go crazy whenever someone says they prefer jakks to mattel.
People seem to forget that jakks is a small company compared to the huge company that mattel is, so they can't afford to make everything perfect, but then again, mattel hasn't made a perfect figure yet either.

Jakks has wowed us in the past with solid prototypes that were later released missing lots of attire detail and tattoos that the protos showed. bottom line if Jakks is a smaller company and thats their excuse for releasing subpar product than their price point shouldn't be anywhere near that of Mattel's. If Mattel can sell me an Orton with full tattoos, full attire detail, in scale, with entrance shirt for $15 dollars than Jakks Orton with missing tattoos, missing details, out of scale, and no entrance attire should be like 7 bucks not 12 or 13.

Ugh is Mattel vs Jakks the only thing people can talk about nowdays. Just cause someone prefers Jakks, it pretty much opens the floodgates for all the Mattel fans to come in and complain about it... its getting pretty old now, and thats coming from a Mattel fan myself.
Anyways, the headscans are top notch as always. Good to see them using the RA kneepads on Kennedy, speaking of kneepads, Daffney has a new mold for her but they had to. Those two Jeff Hardys plus RVD look amazing, better than their DA figures.

I never paid any attention to the AD series which is probably why I never knew.

Ugh is Mattel vs Jakks the only thing people can talk about nowdays. Just cause someone prefers Jakks, it pretty much opens the floodgates for all the Mattel fans to come in and complain about it... Go back and check who name-dropped Mattel first in this thread. "eat crap and die mattel!" "Mattel who?" Jakks fanboys. Don't kick a hornets nest if you don't want a swarm. Common sense. It's an open forum, alot of people collect both lines. The Mattel vs. Jakks thing IS getting old, and Mattel die-hards are grinding my nerves with their CONSTANT s*** starting, but Jakks fans need to give up this "Jakks is like super dooper better jus look at teh pics!" No, they are not. Fact is Mattel has a much wider range of parts, they produce 3 times as fast as Jakks, they're much more detailed, they offer better diversity amongst their lines, they offer scaled figures, and they offer much better accessories. You may PREFER Jakks to Mattel, which is perfectly fine, but don't sit here and argue that Jakks is "vastly superior" to Mattel when they, in FACT, are not.
