I wish there was a K-Mart around here. The last one turned into a Vietnamese supermarket around 2001. Maybe the figures will come with HOF plagues like the CSDA Austin tribute fig. Man, I wish I had a local Vietnamese restaurant. I'll certainly be checking out this event though, maybe they'll have something worth buying. And I don't care whether it's a repaint or straight rerelease, Steamboat will be mine, as I haven't found the series 1 figure yet. with this being an event, that should be less of a problem. I just have to make sure to be there at 11am.

I doubt my K-Mart will get it. There stocking sucks. They randomely get I-Pods every month or so, they don't even know when there coming. But if this does come to my K-Mart, I probably won't have to worry about it being sold out or anything. It's a small town, and I don't really see anybody getting the figures, my K-Mart is still full of Elite 1's.

Signs are up at both my K-Marts and they have audio ads on the speakers, so I have a feeling this will be at every K-Mart. Looking forward to it in a week and a half!

But I wonder why the Iron Sheik doesn't have a HoF figure in this set?

I would not be surprised if if the Sheik was slotted for the next HOF series at K-Mart, assumign this one is a success. Based on the announced lineups from the Legends series 1-4, here are the possibilities.
Iron Sheik Mr. Perfect George "The Animal" Steele Nikolai Volkoff (TRU 2-pack) Cowboy Bob Orton (TRU 2-pack)
That would be 5 out of 6 needed to for this assortment. Assuming that there are 12 figures in the case, they could get away with 5 new figures, and picking a couple from the first series to add in at 1 per case - maybe Funk and Snuka. OR, maybe the 6th figure will be someone going in the HOF in 2011. If this is a success (and I am pretty sure it will be) they will most likely set a second series for spring of 2011, possibly timed with Wrestlemania.
But yeah, I would not be surprised of they had Iron Sheik in a HOF series down the road.

They've already been shown and announced as rereleases and not repaints.

I may have to get little pieces of wood to glue those paper HOF plaques on so they will last longer. Can't wait to get these figs!

UPDATE: Per this link at Entertainment Earth for series 3 Legends www.entertainmentearth.com/prodinfo.asp?number=MTP9628C.... they have removed Vader and replaced him with Bret 'The Hitman' Hart - which would be the 6th HOF member if they did a second HOF series.
