Don't worry your not the only one man, im 15 turning 16. I Collect figures, Animate and play with them with my 7 year old cousin. Kids at my school found out i did those animations and thought i was gay because i liked wrestling and liked figures at 15, Yet they blokes that teased me im now best friends with, so it doesnt worry me so much anymore.

I've been playing with my action figures since I could remember. I'm 21, which means I started off with Hasbro, and eventually went over to Jakks, Bend'Ems, ToyBiz, and now Mattel. You can never get too old to play with action figures, and I agree with one of the posters above, it is a great way to stimulate creativity.
Seriously, I've got nothing on collectors, if anything I admire the way they can resists tearing up and opening a figure. But their toys, their meant to be played with. Enjoy them.
You know what my biggest dream is? Is to have an entire room, around the size of my apartment dedicated to playing with action figures. I've even pictured it, one side would be GI Joes, complete with custom landscapes and stuff. The middle would be dedicated to Star Wars, and this would take up most of the room, but basically, there are gonna be huge balls painted to be planets hanging in the middle of the room, and when ya open it up, its a full replica playset of planets like Tatooine, Endor, and Naboo (I've actually started designing them lol). And at the end, would be an area dedicated to wrestling... Complete with playsets based on actual arenas, backstage areas, and the areas outside for street fights.
That's how much I love toys, and you know what, I told the dream playset room idea to the girl I'm going out with right now, and she just thought it was the cutest thing ever.

It's good to have a hobby that doesn't involve looking at a screen. Movies, TV, Games, Computer. It's nice to have something without that IMO.

It's great.

I'm 26 and I still play with my figures and I collect. I credit my brother in law for getting me back in the wrestling figure game.

You're never too old to do what you like. Whatever makes you happy, keep on doing it.

I think its easier to play with them when your older, then you are as a kid, your Brain Is more mature and you know how to take care of the figures better, plus having a job and your own tranportation helps getting around searching for the figures.
Right Now i AM TRYING to build a cool PPV entrance
