Stunned...
Compared to last season I thought he were more glowing and it looked like the clear-the-air talks during summer would have kept him at least another season and just 2 days ago Kenyon comes out and says Mourinho is key to the future. So has he been sacked?thats a total contradiciton if he was. I dont know wheather getting Grant in full time this quick is a good option..or wheather to wait for someone but there's no way Grant has close to the pedigree needed to manage one of the best teams in Europe.

We will get Hiddink next Season. So gutted still about the whole situation. Mourinho loved the Club and the Players, and the Players, and Fans loved him back. Lampard will be off next Season then, confident Terry will stay though.
50 Years we waited for the title, and Mourinho gave us 2 in back to back years. Can't see us going to United Sunday and even giving them a game.

A great day for the rest of Premiership. Mourinho was a great threat and, even though slightly odd at times, a real character. Will be a shame to see him leave tbh. He gave us a real title challenge last season, probably one of the best seasons in recent times.

Apparently Deschamps is favourite to take over. Avram Grant has taken charge. He's not just caretaker. Aye. Nowhere near José's standards. Avram Grant will be Brammo's 'yes-man'. Pathetic.

Yah but I think if they play shocking over the next few games theyll move in for Deschamps or if they keep it together they'll hold out for Hiddink in summer after Euros. Puts a huge dent in what to expect from the team...they seemed unmotivated past few games nevermind the next few with a Director of Football in charge

Hiddink - somebody even Steve McClown outwitted. No thanks.
The next manager will not be anywhere near José's class.
This is a disgrace.

Yah who else is there?Klinsman...offered it in summer said no.Ramos?can hardly speak English and if he does well with Sevilla this season cant see him going.Deschamps maybe..but Hiddink has that Russian connection and the "style of football" Abrammovich seems to like. Tactics arent everything... Benitez has outwitted Mourinho and one of the only managers who's done that but I wouldn't say he's a better manager than Mourinho. There's no doubting Hiddinks record over past 16 years is impressive...making South Korea,PSV,Australia,Russia all decent teams I'm just seeing the picture beyond Mourinho's departure and the pieces around it, as at the moment it's not looking great for Chelsea

I can see Grant staying, because he will do anything and everything Abramovich tells him to do. He's getting too involved with the manager's duties, which is probably why Mourinho left.

José was forced out - bringing Arnesen in, then Grant and not providing the funds to make a couple of transfers (cheap, ie. Ben Haim for £3.5m, but had to wait until he was on a free).
I'm disgusted with this, really am.

I'm depressed Woke up this morning and felt sick, literally :[ Can't believe they've let him go. Best manager Chelsea has ever had, and they've treated him like dirt. Those who forced him out should be ashamed of themselves.
