Would love to see Milner cement a spot for the World Cup squad. Always rated him very highly.

Expected more from Bent tonight to be honest. Must have touched the ball about 8 times all together.

He's a decent player at club level but I wouldn't say he's worth of being an England regular.

TBH we got a good result considering we had 9 first team players out. Performance wasn't as bad as everyone is saying IMO, and Foster was good in goal. Should've had a red card but not his fault, nor was the goal. Brazil deserved it but they wern't brilliant. Also, where the is this BS that Brazil are best in the world and favorites for the WC coming from? Spain are the best in the world by far, but the people at FIFA are tools, so they made Brazil #1.

Ireland better bloody win on Wednesday. Didn't deserve to lose last night.
And now Van Persie could be out for about two months. Bloody friendlies.

Can't see France winning at this rate, Ireland have been good and deserve the goal.

Henry was also offside and Dunne was getting fouled in the box while this was happening.
bah.......McShane could have done better though.

Someone care to mehlaborate? It's on a par with the Hand of God. Henry cheated to handle the ball and knock it on to Gallas to score. Everyone saw it except the officials.

Someone care to mehlaborate? Freekick came in, two French players were offside but the ref and linesman ignored it, Henry handballed it, well bit of an understatement really, he pretty much scooped the ball back in with his hand before it went out for a goal kick, then he passed it onto Gallas who headed it in. I'd have to say its the worst case of cheating I have ever seen in a football match.
