They're all photoshopped. All of the Elite cases use the same original picture, and all of the Basic cases use the same original picture. As far as I know, the cases don't come like that with how many of each figure printed on the case.

Correctamundo! Real cases don't look like that. The case listings are photoshopped on by Ringside just to show you what you're getting.

If the writing is photoshopped, they might not have the boxes in hand. And as DazzlingDazzler said, the boxes don't actually look like that. So, they could have used the E20 box for the figure.
