I had enough trouble with my parents yellng at me for playing my Rock Band drums because they were too loud, now Tony Hawk wants me to jump up and down on a skateboard with no wheels.
No thanks.

This is no worse than the Wii fit. Agreed, Eye Toy and the Wii have pretty much overthrown the whole " zomg i look like an idiot playing this " situation, alot of people play games that way now. This looks like a neat idea, but to be honest it would be better off to take up actual skating, looking at that board on top of the game a rough guess would be the game will go for like $150 (AUD ) down here, spend and extra $50 and you've got yourself an alright legit Skateboard. |

Look up Skate It for the Wii, that's probably exactly how it will work. It's going to be exactly like the balance board, just shaped like a skateboard.

Especially considering I have the balance of Weeble. hey dude, Weebles wobble...... but they Dont fall down. Anyways, I wont trash it until I can experience or see it first hand. For all we know this can blow skate out of the water. Thats a big assumption, but the basics is all we know. And If this bombs, then Hawk should hand up his plastic skateboard, and join onto skate. It will be a small loss but could be a bigger win. The Hawk Roster and the Skate roster in one game? Epic. |

I saw this on Kotaku earlier and I couldn't believe just how stupid this looks. The Tony Hawk series just needs to go away, The Skate series is definitely taking over.
