Hey, bad guy™ (LLLBD) here. So I had a chat with Joker, and he agreed to let me do this here because the WWE board is arguably the most heavily trafficked board on WF, hence why he is posting this and not me. xD
I run the WFWF board here on WF. For those of you who have never ventured down there, the WFWF is WF’s resident e-fed. Now I know some of you who have been around the block know what an e-fed is, but for those of you who are unaware, here is the basic rundown.
In an e-fed, you create a wrestler completely of your own imagination. You can make them as crazy or serious as you want. Have you ever had a great idea for a wrestling character and wanted to see how it would pan out? The WFWF is for you. Have you ever dreamed of becoming a wrestler, and want to test how your larger than life persona would fare? The WFWF is for you.
What you do is create a character using the bio I will link below, and then you will be booked in a match soon after. So…now what? Now you write an RP for your character. What is an RP exactly? It is whatever you want it to be. I will link a few sample RPs, both short and long, so you can get an idea of what it is we do. But basically, you tell us a day in the life story of your character. The joke ‘It’s still real to me, dammit’ kind of plays well here. Your characters profession is a professional wrestler, and you write about his life, how his matches are affecting him, stuff like that. You give him friends, family, relationships…how is all of that affected by his upcoming match? What does he think of his opponents?
Think of it as a short story about your character leading up to the match, and then a promo/monologue to close it out.
I said I would link you to a couple of RPs so you can get an idea as to what we do here. Now you are not expected to write at this level when you start out, but the goal is to get you started and to get you to have fun. The more fun you have, the better you will become because the fun will cause you to strive for more success. Here are a couple of the RPs:

This one was just written by me a few days ago, and I was honored to have won the WFWF Championship with this piece. No one is expecting your stuff, especially starting out, to be this long, but you can get an idea of what a generic RP looks like here.

This RP was written by our character Dex. As you can see, very different from the one above. RP styles and characters differentiate depending on the writer. All of you have a unique style. Yours can be as long, as short or whatever as you want.

The bio form in there, copy and paste it and fill out the info and put it in a new thread in the sign ups board. Have fun. Be creative. Enjoy it. That guidebook also condenses what I have said above into something a little more manageable to read.
The reason why I am having this posted here is because, well, there are two reasons. One, we are coming off of SuperBrawl, our WrestleMania equivalent so we are starting out a new year completely fresh and are looking for fresh faces. The second reason is, on top of new people, we want excited wrestling fans. We want people who love wrestling, have creative minds (let’s face it, we all do when it comes to WWE stuff…we all know how we would change it) and are willing to, most of all, have fun. Our board, WFWF, is small and often not clicked on because people do not know we exist, but it is a tight knit little community and we would love to see some new faces.
So if I have peaked your interest, sign up! If you have questions, ask them in here or PM one of us WFWFers and we would be glad to answer. We do not bite. Except Slappy. Slappy is a scrapper. I am sure you have seen some of us RPrs somewhere on the boards. Me and Slappy post everywhere. Prophet of Ash and Kyle are active here on the WWE board, some do the gaming board, but we would all love to have you in the WFWF.
