So, as many of you know, I'm aiming to collect one of each person that Jakks has come out with in figure form (not counting the BCA figures.. yet). I've got ALMOST everyone they've made in TTL or RA style (missing Jannetty, Ripped and Ruthless Sable, and a few others), and I've also recently started adding TNA (and WCW) Toybiz to the mix, although I'd still prefer Jakks customs of those people (I think the TNA wrestlers.. and only Disco, Stevie Ray, Mike Awesome and Shane Douglas don't have RA figures.. and I've got customs of three of them. :) )

Anyways.. the pictures are grouped by the figure feds they're in. NWA and AWA being the bottom two, ECW and TNA being the middle tier, and WWE and WCW being the big two. My brother and I keep a contract system, with champions, monthly PPVs (we're behind, still in Feb. at the moment), and an injury system for screwed up moves (screw up = 1 point, 6 points in a 2 month span is an injury). Eventually, I'll launch the website I've been designing AT.. but that takes time!

Oh.. the bottom three pictures are simply one of alternate attires we have for wrestlers (remember that each of the figures in the six "fed pics" is a different wrestler!), the other two are close ups of the customs and fixups we've either made or purchased over the past year or so. So, here goes! Let's start at the bottom and work our way up...

Kane's the current WWE IC Champ.. my brother and I aren't big fans of the IC Title's redesign, so we use the older one instead.

I never understood why everyone doesn't use this head for that style Shane Douglas. The head looks just like him.. and I don't think I even touched a paintbrush to it.

Course, if you notice the Nick Patrick fixup.. the Tony Gazzo head is perfect for him. Kid Kash makes a decent Owen Hart, and the CS 13 Bret Hart head is a spot on Juventud as well (although the body leaves something to be desired). Sometimes I wonder if the head sculptors do that on purpose.

nice collections - I reckon you should keep your feds authentic though - as a huge NWA mark - I don't like seeing all the "newer talent" in there buddy.

Lol, true, true.. but each company has a budget. WCW's is like 22 Mil, WWE's 20, TNA's is like 10, ECW's is 8, AWA's is 4 and NWA's is 2 Mil. Ballpark figures.. but the point is, I've gotta take who I can get that doesn't get run up. I'd like to have Harley Race and Ric Flair in NWA, but I think Flair's contracted for 750,000.. which is approaching half of the NWA's budget. I can afford it with WCW, but not with NWA. I did manage to get Barry Windham, Tully Blanchard, One Man Gang, Teddy Long, Gerald Brisco.. and a few other old school guys. Gotta mix it up though, based on the budget. Besides, you'd be surprised how much more Gene Snitsky fits in the NWA than you'd think, and Kenzo's basically playing Muta's role. :)

My brother somehow manages to keep AWA mostly people with some sort of "athletic" background (or wrestlers known as technicians). Shelton, Lashley, Slaughter, Killer Bees, Race, Bockwinkel. Shiek and the Freebirds must be just to keep the AWA flavor. Lol. He does a good job with his budget there.. but he's paying Shelton something astronomical, like half his overall. Ran him up with TNA. :)

The La Parka is a JPilko custom, you might wanna message him. It isn't my favorite attire.. but it's very well done. He also did Vampiro.

AJ, Daniels, Shelley, and Skipper are also done by other people.. and I know we did Sting, Douglas, Candido, Stevie Ray, and all the simple fixups like Juventud, Nick Patrick, Gerald Brisco and such. Beyond that, I can't remember. :)

And oh yeah, and as far as the figure feds go, Palumbo and Stamboli won the WCW Tag Titles tonight.. and Flair won the World Title, so my list is already a bit out of date. :)



Love hearing ya'll's comments on the collection though, and keep the trade proposals comin! (Haves/wants in my sig)
