I read on a different forum that Roddy Piper and Bret Hart would be filming a short film here in Toronto. I went there to check it out, hoping that I could meet them. We (my dad and I) got there at around 11:30 and waited for 20 minutes. We got information that their break time was around 3 to 4 o' clock, so we left and would come back later. Went to a couple of Thrift Stores to kill some time and ran into another member on this forum, yeetman13, and mentioned to him about this. Hours passed by and we went back to the place. There again, I saw yeetman13. We waited for over an hour and finally saw Piper. Yeetman13 got a pic with him, then Piper signed my stuff and also posed for a pic. Piper was REALLY nice.   I tried taking pics at different angles, but it's really hard to see the autograph in the pictures, but you can see it well in person.   After this, we waited for Bret Hart. After a half hour, we finally saw Bret Hart. He saw that I had his figure in my hand and asked me "do you want me to sign that for you?" and of course I said yes. I got him to sign my figure and my belt. I gave him the sliver marker for my figure and belt, but he asked for a black marker for my figure so it would look better.   I was lucky enough to meet Piper and Hart. There was no guarantee, but I was able to meet them! Thanks for reading! |

Piper is still a really big want in terms of meets. I missed him twice down here last year at Mania but I'm going to make the effort next time he does any kind of advertised appearance I can make it out to. Awesome that you got to meet them both, very cool.

He was genuinely nice and made sure that I was happy. The nicest wrestler that I've met for sure, hands down. |

Congratulations on your autographs! Piper was doing a signing at Axxess last year but his line was insanity long. I met Bret about 4 or 5 years ago & he was beyond amazing. I was working (so I wasn't in fan mode) & he actually approached me & introduced himself before I was able to first. He was so incredibly down to earth.
