Well i was going to post pictures of these last week but i had a fractured toe which added to my laziness, but today i picked up WM Rock at Toys R Us and decided to get some pictures posted...
First off is Yoshi Tatsu
Very nice detail on the pants, probably one of Mattel's most detailed figures which makes up for the lack of any accessory.
The head sculpt is a bit goofy/cheesy looking but i guess that's what Tatsu was known for during this time in his career.
Overall i think its a good addition to any collection if your not strict on collecting only main guys. This is the best Yoshi your gonna get until Mattel decides to make an updated version with his face paint (hopefully elite) but that's wishful thinking.
Next off is John Morrison
The detail on the tights is superior to his other elites in which we finally get a version with one of his more notable detailed attires rather than his plain black ones.
The head scan is the same as the TLC but it does its job and looks a lot more like JoMo than his past head sculpt.
In my opinion this is the John Morrison to get if your looking for one...Elite 4 has the advantage because of the coat but one quick order from Ralphs and you'll have a matching coat for this one.
Next we have Alberto Del Rio
The head sculpt captures his likeness pretty well.
Overall i think it's a nice figure but the attire is a little bland compared to his newer ones and so i hope the next one we get has updates boots and maybe one of his more detailed attires but this is a good start and the accessories are well done.
Next is my man D-bry
The head sculpt is very nice..also a little goofy looking but it fits his character, my only complaint is that the hair is a little orange looking.
The detail on his attire was captured really well and i'm glad this was the attire Mattel chose.
The United States title is notably smaller when in hand and looks a lot better than the previous one even if its missing the glossier finish.
Overall its a great figure and probably one of the best out of the set and a must for any Daniel Bryan fan.
Next we have my favorite of the set, Justin Gabriel
The attire is very detailed and i'm glad Mattel chose this one although a purple or silver variant would have been nice.
*Sorry no action shot* Didn't feel like using string but maybe you'll catch him in my pic fed
And last but not least we have The Rock..
The new material in the shirt makes it looks even neater and not as raggedy as the old material which is nice.
The tattoos looks great and i'm glad we finally got a fully tat'd up version although i would have preferred if we got one with removable pants.
So all in all it's a great figure with loads of articulation, most notably in the legs but my only complaint is the shoes, they look like school/church shoes and pretty ugly in my opinion...not sure if he actually wore those kind? anyways they don't bother me that much so it's no big deal...anyways hope you guys enjoyed the pictures and when i can finally stand correctly without hurting myself i'll post some poses over on the pose board ;D
